I don't eat bagels often, but I will take Einstein Bros. Bagels over The Hot Bagel Shop ANY day of the week. The bagels are... always fresh & the Blueberry muffin is REALLY good. The prices are quite reasonable too. I tend to get get my items delivered,and I have to say, lightly toasted is the way to go. I've never had a bad experience with them. ????????? Read more
My husband and I had never tried Einstein Bros. Bagels, and wanted to see how it was since it?s always so busy. We didn?t mind... waiting in line, but this location was very dirty. The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the amount of customers in theestablishment. We received the order of the bagels quickly and this part of the order was correct, a little on the stale side,but correct. Our drinks took 20 minutes to come out. The barista making our drinks had no sense of urgency and the drinks cameout incorrect. Definitely won?t be coming back and I?m not sure we understood what all the hype was about this place or why it?seven busy when the food was mediocre at best. It was nice. Not very clean and they had computer problems when it was time to pay. The personnel were very pleasant and nice. I... only got the Danish and coffee. The gentleman who was with me said his food was cold and not very good. My only suggestion is toask the customers if they need the plastic fork and knife. I would bet that less than half use them and the rest is thrown away.To me a waste of money! Read more
Busy Friday morning. Delicious spinach Florentine bagel and shmear. The layout of the store is a bit weird when your order is... called out you have to walk through the order line to pick up. They do have designated areas for delivery driver and mobileorder pick up though. Read more
I was enjoying my food so much I forgot to take a before picture ! Everything was so good and the customer service here was so... welcoming ! ???? loved the girl who took my order she was so nice and attentive. The big black lady who I assume is the manager has poor customer service skills. I always see new staff every time I go & I go... often so I wouldn?t be surprised if she is the reason she can?t keep staff. Nobody wants to have a rude boss. She?s been rude tome twice, first time I was one of the first customers in the store when they opened. I smiled & greeted her by saying goodmorning & she didn?t reply to either, which is fine it?s early some people aren?t morning people. She ignored what I said &asked what I ordered, I said I didn?t place an order she waved me to the register & moved onto the next customer. I said thankyou & still, no response. This morning I went in & ordered my usual. Sausage bagel add bacon. There was no sausage only bacon, Icame back & kindly told them my order was incorrect. She rudely told me my order said double bacon and the cashier chimed in &said I ordered sausage & bacon. She looked at the screen then when she saw she was wrong she just took my bag & remade it.
