The staff are rude and inconsiderate? I asked for the free meal exchange but the cashier still charged me from the Cougar cash... that I have and when I told her that I wanted the Red Combo free meal, she charged me for that without removing the originalpayment so basically I paid for my food twice. Extremely affordable and fulfilling. Never have had an issue with my order.
The workers were very slow and cared little for the customers. They would make us wait only to be TALKING and only serve us... after 10-15 of IGNORING us. I was infuriated and would have told them something but if they are acting the way they are then itwas obvious that they were ignorant and no talking would get to them. They were African American older women just to give avague description of the employees so that the manager can atleast speak with them. I love this restaurant but when the workersare like this it just ruins everything. Read more
