The hiring and training manager does a great job. The young people who work here are awesome. Professional, friendly,... accommodating, with great product knowledge. They navigate the long lines quite expeditiously and with the best service ever!Hopefully they will eventually add a variety of snack products. Went here and asked for a Vanilla Cold Brew with Oatmilk. My drink does not have milk (it shouldn?t look this dark) & it has... this inside all on the bottom. Maybe from expired vanilla flavor? Maybe they did add some oatmilk it it and it was expired andthat?s why the flakes showed? Who knows . My drink was full of ice so it didn?t even taste like any sweetener added . It tastedlike watered down coffee. Didn?t even drink it and it was expensive so wasted my money . It was my first time so I woulddefinitely not be coming back. Read more

I love this place! I do have to say the coffee is better than Starbucks. I highly suggest you get the app and pay with it as it... is an incentive to get a free medium coffee or any drink of your choice. It is VERY easy to build points towards free drinks.They also give out cool stickers once a month. Mostly kids that work here but they are learning valuable life lessons andcustomer service is great too. ???? Read more
