The location on Ella Blvd does deliver good customer service. I ordered a simple Turkey breakfast sandwich on an English muffin... with no cheese and they gave me bacon with cheese on a sourdough twice. So disappointed with the service. Read more

I drove from the 249 and West Rd location to this Ella and 610 location based on Google's time. Arrived at 9:28 expecting them... to close 10P.M. Upon arrival the drive thru announcement states they're closed. An employee w/her headset still on, came to thewindow to confirm they're closed and stated she's been trying to get the time changed on Google for 2 years. Overall service is very poor. I asked for a maple bacon grilled cheese and they didn't put the corrext seasoning or a correct... amount of bacon Asked for a shake w an espresso shot and they said they could and it wasn't in it. Read more

At first glance this store looked closed. This is one of the saddest stores. The staff was friendly and helpful, but a lot ain't... available. No butter pecan, white chocolate or caramel coffee. No large cups for iced coffee. No electricity outlets to work onyour computer or charge your phone (a table with 2 wireless chargers). NO toilet paper in the rest room. From inconsistent drinks, rude stuff and insufferable attitudes to friendly smiles and faces, being greeted when I walk through... the door and having my drinks come out amazing every single time, this is probably the best turnaround in a Dunkin' that I'veseen in years. I'm a huge Google reviewer and critic when it comes to customer service, drinks and food and let me just say thatI've had my fair share of bad experiences at this location, but now I can say I've been met with an equal and even more numberof positive experiences. Not only has management done an amazing job at training their new staff but the open communicationbetween them and their customers is what the industry should be about. I can honestly say that this is probably the bestlocation in Houston and that it is worth going to even if you aren't near it. As an entrepreneur I tend to go to Dunkin' for anice pick me up, but I bike the extra miles just to come to this location now. They have a Baskin Robbins as well, so you canenjoy the best of both worlds. My boyfriend loves their ice cream! Special shout out to Julio and Jeremy for going the extramile for me and all of their customers ???????? 6/13: Placed an online order in the Dunkin app at 12:25PM, arrived 12:30PM. No one answered the drive thru, no one at the... window. Front door was locked. There are clearly employees inside who shook their heads at me. No sign, no notice, nothing. Theone time I did get an order from this location, the donut was nearly entirely melted into the bag. 6/20: Amending review from 1to 3 stars. I guess they had been closed for training? Things seem to be improving as donuts are served in plastic boxes thatmean they actually come intact. Read more

Update: i ordered this at 9:34am as you can see in the picture, I came home and tried to add sugar or something to see if it... would change the taste and nothing it still tasted really bad. I went through the drive thru, there was already a long line butI hadn't eaten anything yet so I decided to stop. I was in line for almost 1hr just for a simple caramel iced coffee andsandwich. Once I got to the window cashier seemed lost, and confused was looking at the computer multiple times before she toldme my total. I gave her the money & I had to check my receipt to make sure she charged me correct and gave me correct change.Let me tell you that iced coffee was not good at all. The sandwich was pretty good, until I turned it on the other side to putit down it, one of the bread s looked like somebody took a bite out of it. Will not be coming to this location ever again. Management: please get control over this location. This is not the first time I?ve had issues. I?m not going back. 1) Didn?t... have ANY of my donuts out in the mobile order pickup tray. 2) I had multiple items in my pickup order, and they didn?t think toput them in a bag. When I asked for a bag, the cashier gave me an XL-sized tote. Way too large and defied common sense. 3) I hadto ask for my donut and munchkin order. I realized the munchkins were not out and asked the cashier to get those for me. Icompletely forgot about my two donuts ? that?s on me, but I was too far down the road when I realized I forgot and didn?t careto turn back. 4) The kicker? She gave me EIGHT munchkins out of an order of TEN. Do not go to this location. Read more
