The food is great but I feel that there's a bit of a deformation on them. Don't like to be given crushed bread ???? The drinks... are tasty and seem clean. The only problem I had us that we recieved faulty lids wich caused us to have leaks multiple times.So he service could be better. The location is convenient but if the issues with the lid keeps happening I might aswell go toStarbucks. Read more
This place is always understaffed but recently they probably have hired one or two new employees. Kudos.
I would not recommend for a number of reasons. Unlike typical franchise locations, they refuse to serve people whenever it is... raining (don't ask me why, I have no idea). The drive through smells strongly of urine and a number of times they have also beenclosed because they did not have running water. The last time I was here my drink order was incorrect, but when I asked if thiscould be corrected the employee yelled at me and then pretended to remake it but really handed me back the same drink plus whipcream. Overall, terrible staff and seems pretty unsanitary. If you're wondering why there is an insane line for the Starbucksdown the street but no one here, that is why. Read more
Idk who?s the manager at this location but compared to the other in Houston it sucks. They are always out of something today... they didn?t have large cups or Oat milk!! Do you guys want to stay open. I mean how hard is it to make sure you have suppliesdon?t say it?s Covid because again the location on Shepard never has these issues. I wonder if it?s because Shepard is in anaffluent area and South main is closer to the ?urban? demographics. Read more
Worst experience. We ordered UberEats and not only our order was messed up. The donuts were so old and hard like a brick. we... could not eat them. Not the experience I have expected.... We had to throw everything away. Waisted money. Never order DunkinDonuts again. Read more

Visited this location for the first time today and had an excellent experience! I picked up 2 mobile coffee orders: both were... prepared quickly, accurately and tasted great. I then decided to run-in for a last-minute donut craving. The space was clean andthe donuts I got were fresh. I do want to commend the staff member who helped us. Ndea was amazing: greeted us with a smile, wasquick and efficient, and made us feel like valued DD customers. Ndea is definitely an asset to their team. Read more
