Tried to give this place a chance. Ordered a single drink from the drive thru. Very slow. No one came to the window for at... least two minutes. The next day was worse. At the drive thru there was an employee sitting in the corner, on the phone, loud.She looked up at me and then went back to her conversation. Someone finally came to the window to take my payment. Then theorder came and it was wrong. Had to turn around and go inside. Told the lady at the counter this is not what I ordered. She justtook my drink and added what was missing. The kicker...it was worse. I couldn't even drink it. Sickening. Noticed that certainfranchise groups are the worse in customer service and overall presentation. Read more

I really enjoy the coffee here. It is very small in comparison with other Dunkin but service is fast and I enjoy my coffe.

Service is TOO slow. 20+ minutes in the waiting line. From ordering to picking up. Is a drive thru, should be "faster"service.... If I had 25 minutes I would of gotten off my car and sat to eat inside... won't return. Read more

I'm not impressed at all The staff here seems unprofessional, as soon as I walked in there was already a other customer... complaining about a messed up order, not only did they mess that up they even overcooked my croissant, it was burnt. The manager's attitude around 10am on 10/24 was so disappointing. I turned back to drive through right away after finding out... that I got plain mini bagels vs. everything mini bagels that I ordered.. and the manager apparently passed by and simply repliedno more everything bagel so he gave 2 plain mini bagels instead.. should the person ask me first before just throwing randomsubstitute in my order and wasting my time to return back to the drive through?? Fortunately it was not a crowded morning that Ihad to wait again in line..and that's being said should they be more relax to simply ask if I'm okay with the substitute?? Thenafter I said "I don't want the plain bagels though" -- and I said it nicely...the "manager" took back the plain mini bagels bagand instructed the drive through guy to make me a regular everything bagel instead.. again without asking what I like for thesubstitute, then rudely and unapologetically told me to wait at the curbside when no car was waiting behind me.. smh (but atleast it's more similar than a plain bagel..) I love Dunkin but this location has gotten my order wrong MULTIPLE times. I can't consume dairy. I always tell them no cheese... and use almond milk but they just ignore me and make everything the way they want to. I end up getting sick because the staffjust doesn't care. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has become a recurring thing... Read more

As a native New Englander, I take my Dunkins very seriously...and this location is not bad at all. I'm not sure if they got new... management in the past year or so, but the service has definitely improved drastically since 2020/ish. Drive-Thru employees areMUCH more polite, helpful, and kind. If you've had issues with this location in the past, I recommend giving it another shot. Read more

Best crew. I ordered a skim milk iced latte w coconut and toasted almond with liquid sugar and they had put cream and I?m milk... fat intolerant and so I parked and came in and they already had a new one made correctly. You don?t get service like thatanymore these days. I was really out of it and they deserve this rating because I?m not sure if I showed how thankful I was orif I was nice. Read more
