I always stop by here just because of the location near my place. I love Dunkin? coffee but I don?t like their customer service... here. 8/10 times they just want to rush me to get the order. Terrible customer service! Do not go to this location. Marina had no intention of helping with my coffee, I ordered a pumpkin... spice latte, and all I asked was for her to decrease the sweet on my coffee, and she had a straight face ???? and said you needto pay for more coffee when she had to hand me over just a plain coffee with a lot of milk. I asked for my money back, and noteven once she said I apologized for the inconvenience; let me go ahead and make it right for you. That?s just horrible customerservice; plus, on top of that, she closed her windows with such an attitude. I?m sorry, but I can go elsewhere where they need acustomer. I feel horrible for the owner who has people that doesn't care about the profit of the store; she's just therecollecting a paycheck. Read more

The drive-thru line was very long but I'm glad I stopped anyway. This is the only place I can get turkey sausage for breakfast... so I just sucked it up. The line moved so incredibly fast.
