Staff was friendly enough but got my order wrong insisting it was my error. I asked for french vanilla coffee and was given iced... coffee per my order. 3 stars for the good food and coffee and the other staff who were polite to us. We ordered a chicken stuffer through the app and... went to it pick up in the drive thru. But they don't have those anymore so instead of asking us what we'd like instead theyjust gave us a croissant with bacon and cheese. After checking the order we brought it in and asked for something else. Themanager came over with attitude and reluctantly replaced the order but the whole time she was very mean even throwing the neworder on the counter at us. Also, telling the cooks if they get a chicken stuffer order, don't make something else becauseapparently it's a problem just so we could hear her. The other staff was apologetic for her behavior. But If you are having abad day then you need to stay home or if this is not the job for you let someone else do it. Hopefully our next visit isn't thisdramatic. Read more
They were EXTREMELY busy and I witnessed a lot rude customers. They handled my online order fast and effectively. I?m a teacher... and some of my kiddos have never had Dunkin and were excited. You guys pulled thru! The spider donuts and Jack o Lanterns were ahit! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my kiddos. You guys keep up the good work. A side of hash browns meant 5 little hash browns? Those hashbrowns filled less than half the bag ? This location truly sucks .
I drink a hot french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar every morning here and have been for the last 2 and 1/2 years. It takes... less than 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and the people who work the drive-through in the morning between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.or totally awesome they have jokes they're very nice I would recommend this to anyone Read more
My experience was HORRIBLE. I ordered on DoorDash & confirmed it was this Dunkin? on Bay Are Blvd. They didn?t send half my... order that I paid for. And the food I did receive is DISGUSTING. I got a popping bubble ?boba? tea sweetened with sugar. Theyjust dumped sugar into cold tea and put exactly 17 boba balls in the cup & called it a day. I got a variety munchkins order thatwas almost all chocolate. I got hash browns that were cold and nasty. They tasted freezer burnt and then reheated and you cansmell the funk. I got a ham & cheese melt that was cold & also tasted disgusting & somehow also freezer burnt. HOW DO YOU GET ASANDWICH TO TASTE FREEZER BURNT?!? Not any part of this meal was enjoyable.
