Absolutely no parking in the morning, drive thru is backed up all of the across the intersection and into adjacent business's... parking lots, employees don't have a clue, no manager in sight, place is just so disorganized. Give it up already. Read more
Crazy homeless people camp behind the drive thru, employees come to work in street clothes not their uniform so you can't... distinguish between who works there and who doesn't. Food items are hastily rushed and sloppily thrown together with no care oreffort. No one has any pride in their work or what they do because the owners more than likely don't. Read more
The establishment is very dirty. The women's bathroom does not work and they have it closed, the men's is disgusting. Coffee... takes almost 10 minutes to get it, even when the establishment is empty. And the bread and donuts are cold and the girl told methat they sell it cold that way because they don't have anywhere to heat the bread. The most poorly attended Dunkin I have evervisited, I will NOT return. Read more
Terrible experience. I went here to get my son a donut and myself some hash browns, and although it was good, I do not like this... location. When I ordered, they didn't mention to me that they were out of sprinkles. Instead, they made my son's donut and gaveit to me I guess hoping that I wouldn't notice. Which they were wrong. Then they forgot to give me an order of my hash browns aswell, so I had to drive back to the drive thru, wait behind other cars, and when I got to the window the gentleman said "Oh Iwas making them". He didn't think to mention that to me when he gave me my bag and order half done? Then he passed me some coldhash browns, so I asked for some hot fresh ones, and when I asked, him and a young lady stood at the window staring at me likethey didn't understand me. Some of the staffs are really friendly. This is the Togo place for us to get the donuts. You get donut ???? most of the times.... Not like other stores. The surprising this was to pay before you buy. It happened only once the cashier was not ready tocomplete my order before I pay. It was strange. No customer would like to pay before their order is ready for the pick up. Worst customer service. This is the second time it happens. I order my food and have to go park for like more than 4 mins in... parking. This time I actually got out of car to go ask if my order was ready. I don?t think I needed to get out of my car havinglike 6 people in the place and no cars ordering! My order was disgusting I order a wake up wrap nasty the avocado toast thatseems is the only good food there the bacon that was put in top of toast ohhh no!!! Drive Thru: 15 minutes from start to finish (6 cars) Parking: none Order: Incorrect This location use to be great, but... starting in August 2022 it's gone down hill. 6/10 times my order is wrong. Today was the third time (before 10am) I was toldthey were out of all doughnuts and wraps. I ordered a large cookie butter cold brew - I received a black iced coffee withwhipped cream.
