Hello, I am writing to notice some point at this location: - refill cup wasn?t clean, wishing to have sink next to it to clean... it by myself. - The pizza value overall 2 out of 5. Ether Little caesars Pizza is better than this Pizza location. - I can givea some point for Salad Section. - the service wasn?t good. I love to go during the buffet. My whole family likes the food and atmosphere. When the buffet is not running, we still order a... pizza and share it. Pizza taste even better when it's fresh and made to order. My husband is partial to the pizza rolls, and Iam partial to the cinnamon sticks. My only complaint is that when you order a half cheese half meat pizza, they have troubleseparating where the "half" is. Read more
Great pizza, Great wings, Pepperoni Roll is a winner be sure to have them heat the sauce not very good for dipping when cold.... Plenty of options when ordering. Doneness of crust wings anything you want to specialize your order they can make it happen.Nice spot. Read more
Pepperoni rolls from DD is typically a favorite for our family. Not so much at the Westheimer location. Rudeness on the phone... and not a single word when I picked up the order was a clue. Have never seen so few pepperoni in the rolls. Paid $133 for fivedozen ?dough? rolls. Pitiful service and a rip-off. Never again. There are two other locations in the area; stronglyrecommend you not use this one. Read more
The worst delivery! I ordered a medium pizza and a Diet Coke, they said the delivery would take 45 minutes. The pizza came after... 1 hour waiting and no beverage. On top of this, the pizza wasn't hot. I called the store to tell them this and the Managerthere, by the name CONNIE, was so disrespectful to me, saying that it wasn't true what I explained to her, she didn't have thecourtesy to apologize for the long delay in the delivery and the fact that the pizza wasn't hot and I didn't get the beverage.Connie is substandar Manager with no manners nor customer service. To the person above her, you need to address this lack ofcustomer service with Connie and put her in a disciplinary action plan. Read more

Coming in for the first time The place looks more like a sports bar with weird booths that are angled up so your body may be a... bit uncomfortable. The customer service is lacking, we didn?t have a person at the register for about 10-15 seconds. Nogreeting, or welcome. She just asked what we wanted and seemed a bit impatient. Sorry our business makes you upset? As forfood, it was quite good, we had the monthly special with the Queso Blanco Chicken Pizza, it?s a medium pizza for $10. Not bad atall usually the medium is $14.99 I believe. It comes with chicken, queso sauce, tomatoes, and cilantro. The blend is perfectionand tastes like a nacho pizza almost. I don?t know what queso they use but I fell in love with it. The crust is nice and softwith a crunch at the end. I probably wouldn?t dine in again but might visit monthly just to try the special pizza. Read more
