(Off Broadway) Waitresses do not seem happy & they are not nice, 11:20 asked for chips & waitress says they don't give them out... @ this time due to the limited staff. "Do not order their Flour tortillas get corn" Waitress took order brought food & neverreturned. Went back another time just to see, same problem different staff. Co-worker said he had the same issue.
