If I could give no stars I would. I order pizza around 12:30 and it is now 3:28 and still no pizza came. When I checked the... location on the tracker it said it was out for delivery since 1:20. When I called the store to get an update a guy answered andsaid the driver should be pulling up within the next 10 minutes. Hours past and still not here. I don?t choose this store, it is defaulted when I order through the app. Since moving by it my experience with dominos has been... THE WORST. They have gotten my order wrong twice, and they won?t correct it if you don?t call them but get mad if you ask for arefund for items you never got! Then the drivers ALWAYS call despite written instructions. I put no contact and the driver stillknocks and waited for me to open. Not once but twice!! One job. Read more
It took an hour and 40 minutes to get our pizza. Then they put me on hold and after 12 minutes I finally hung up. We have... ordered from here twice and each time it took way too long. We usually order from the location on Antoine close to little York. We ordered from here by accident. The pizza we usually get... well done no issues, was burnt. It tasted old and burnt. The parmesan bites were dry when I picked them up so had to request forthem to put additional garlic on them they also tasted old. Very disappointed with our order and probably won't make theistakeof ordering there again. Read more
Service is just like where they are, HOOD! I did a delivery order only to still have to go do a carry out.. smh down bad! Then... we won't even talk about the quality of the food. New location and IT is trash. 1st & last time. & I didn't even mean to orderfrom here, ish just popped up on it's own. Seems the number doesn?t work in that location. Person answering the phone didn?t speak English and when I tried correcting her... for my address she still got it wrong. Waited 30 minutes+ just to have the delivery driver call me and say they don?t deliver inmy area. TRASH!! Read more
