I would have given a zero stars if available. Angel at the 6211 Barker Cypress location is and has always been```` rude. I... frequent this Dominoes since is very close to home and I make it a point to be nice because of his unpleasantness, but todaytook the cake! He made this crust bites full of grease, which were suppose to be garlic twist. There was absolutely NO bread inthem. When I requested he remake them larger, his response was "Your just gonna get the same thing". WHY?? Why couldn't youmake them better. At least make them the size of those in the advertised pic? I attempted to ask if he could make the cheesebread without cheese and he stood directly in my face and ignored me! I understand working with the public can be challenging,but IF YOU'RE NOT SERVICE ORIENTED GET A DIFFERENT JOB!!! Read more
Terrible service. Literally my stuff was ready and everyone was on their phone when I got to the store. There was people just... talking. Waited around 10 mins for someone to ask me what I needed, another guy was before myself and his pizza wasn?t even inthe list. They had to made it again . I have ordered Pizza about 5 times from this location since it opened not long ago. Twice they delivered my pizza to a... different address and the Manager Devon had the audacity to insist it was delivered to my home. He even kept insisting anolder lady received it. Ordered carside and they didn't honor the 2 minute policy. Waited 5 minutes after the tracker said it was ready and still had to... go inside to get it even though it was carside. On top of that, no free pizza as advertised for not delivering carside within 2minutes. The company shouldn't advertise a service they won't honor. Also, stop being sneaky and marking the order as completedto avoid the timer. Smh. Read more

I have ordered from here around 3 to 4 times spending close to $50 each, today was my last order. From 7 items only 3 came out... looking fine other 4 been 3 pizzas and 1 brownies was a total disaster. One vegetarian pizza that I ate without taken a picfirst ( I was too hungry) looked like it was dropped on the floor, all the slices were in top of each other. Can explain whathappened on this visit but don't really care at this point. Total disregard for my family's food. Don't expect consistency fromthis place. Read more
