Whoever owns this Dominos franchise, let this location die with whatever dignity it has left. We've ordered with them for years... and service continues to decline. Free pizza rewards don't make up for the time spent waiting for the food, the temperature ofthe food, and the inability to communicate with employees at the restaurant. Update - I used my points for a complementary medium pizza from last week?s disaster - and the only thing I can say that they... improved on was delivery time. Still got here not hot (btw - I order them ?well done?) And with delivery and tip it still cost$10 I?m finished with this location - terrible service. This is my neighborhood Domino?s. I like the ease of use if theDomino?s app, and the food is fine (if it?s hot) but this location just seems to have too many issues. Delivery is often almostan hour wait - and when your pizza shows up, more than half the time it?s not hot!! Between a $4.99 delivery charge and a tip -$25 for a cold, medium pizza is just a ripoff. Of course they?ll offer you enough bonus points for a complementary pizza if youreport the issue in the app - but you have to pay for that delivery, too! This may well be my last time to order. Unfortunately this is the closes Domino?s to my place. Delivery takes one hour every time. The other day I was passing by and... wanted to order my pizza in person in the store. The manager said I need to call them ( I was already there) to order my pizza.The phone was already ringing and nobody picks it up. I said your number is busy and There is no automatic answering so I canorder. The manager said ? you know what! No pizza for you?. I ordered and pre-paid for carryout. I usually do delivery. I will never order from this location again. The kitchen was filthy.... The guys preparing the pizzas weren't wearing gloves and just grabbing cheese and other toppings with bare hands. These men didnot look as if they had bathed in a while, so not real confident hand hygiene is up to par. Seeing all of this totally grossedme out and I don't know if it was psychological or not, but the pizza didn't taste good either. No stars. Do not recommend. Read more
Well, we received our pizza like it was thrown across a field or thrown down a set of stairs. We were waiting over an hour for... pizza so tried it anyway? only to find hair bake in the pizza.
