Online ordering is a mess and the experience has been greatly deteriorating over the past two years I've been using this... Domino's. I've overlooked late deliveries, wrong orders and other stuff because it's always been pretty cheap but now I see thatthe minimum delivery charge is 20 dollars. I understand there's corporate stuff and all of that but that's a pretty egregiousjump from the 10 dollars minimum. Sad to say but I'll probably abstain from ordering here from now on. Placed an order right before 12:00 AM online and was told me I would be able to pick it. I go to the store and I'm told my order... was canceled even though the app said it was ready after waiting outside for 5 minutes. After I returned to my car I got anemail telling me my order was canceled. Completely unacceptable and was a waste of time and gas to go to the restaurant and notbe told my order was cancelled until I got there and was told I placed the order in time. Nice people. Corporate sux. I have always ordered large 3 topping? 11.99.. Now they make you go online for a carryout pizza ????... took my biz to papa johns. I made my own pizza which turned out to be delicious. The garlic cheese bread and chicken bites were also good. The order was... delivered quickly and so was still hot and fresh. Albert the delivery guy was super nice and reached at the building exactly andvery quickly. Read more
THIS LOCATION TOOK 7 HOURS TO DELIVER MY PIZZA! let alone everytime i've ordered garlic bread or cinnamon twists they almost... never actually put garlic or cinnamon. just disappointed with them. im gonna order from pizza hut now. Read more
The lady who says she?s a manager is the worst human I?ve ever met. Not only did they ruin our order and didn?t want to process... the refund she created a scene at the store. When I called them they said come the next day and they will process the refund.This call should be recorded. When I came to the store they argued that no one said that on call and I should have returned thesame day for the refund. I NEED THE REGIONAL MANAGER TO CONTACT ME. We were in Houston for business and were hungry (and it was late so we wanted something quick). I have never had such terrible... service. We ordered online and the app/website said the pizza was being made and would be delivered in 30 minutes. Then nothinghappened. We called multiple times and no one answered. Finally, two hours later, no pizza showed up and then theyunceremoniously cancelled the order by automated email. No apologies or anything. We've tried to contact them withoutsuccess.
