If I could give 0 I would the pizza here is good every once in awhile but when I ordered yesterday on 10/27 I got 3 large pizzas... and they all were very dry barely any sauce was on them and even there were toppings I did not ask for so to be honest Iwouldn?t recommend going here unless you got the time to check your pizza and make sure that it?s the way you like it before youleave. Me and a friend of mine ordered a pizza. Got a call from the driver, he hung up when we gave him directions. Called again, kept... rejecting the call. Finally got ahold of him, said he was at the gym. We head to the gym and he?s not there and not answeringhis phone. We call from a separate phone and he picks up we tell him who it is and he hangs up. The drivers name was Danny. Iwant my money back. Read more

This used to be my #1 FAVE Domino's location. Even if they didn't deliver to me, I'd go out of my way to pick up from this... location, specifically. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Now this is the ONLY Domino's that delivers to me and there isALWAYS drama when trying to order delivery. If the Domino's App or website is down, you can expect to sit on hold for 20+minutes to place an order. OR as is the case with me currently, I received an email saying that my order went through online andhas been prepared by Dominique over an hour ago. The order was scheduled to be delivered in 25-35 minutes and over an hour laterI have no pizza, no status and my credit card has been charged. I have twice now ended up having to call the Westheimer andBagby / Helena to have someone there help me (they are awesome). Now I have been on hold for 20+ minutes trying to understandwhat is going on with my current order and am afraid to hang up to call Westheimer just in case they cannot help. Absolutemadness. This location consistently puts out poorly cooked food. After 3 different incidents with lazily made, undercooked or sloppy... food, I have finally learned my lesson to not return. This most recent photo shows my flat, basically raw & doughy cinnamontwists that had icing sloppily poured over them. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, even during a pandemic. Totally unacceptable experience. Out pizza was delivered, we were told it had been accidentally brought to another house but not... opened, but once we opened the cheese bread box it had been torn into!!! Then the manager was rude and unapologetic on thephone.... NOT going back. Read more
I just ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce. But after eating a slice, I found only a salty taste. I remember BBQ was a bit sweet. Now... it's just garlic and salt. I called, and a woman said with great certainty that she would. I wondered if she had done thispizza. Because when I arrived, she wasn't making pizza, she was walking around doing other things. I don't know whether thiscompany has after-sales service or not. Every time I want to give feedback, there is no special telephone contact. I love thiscompany's pizza very much, but the two stores made two mistakes, which made me very sad. Read more
I?m leaving this review for the gentleman working today around 4, a kid at that. It was just him in the back and he was... hustling. I asked him about it and he said he?d just started!
