Been ordering from this store for 2yrs now & I'm just about over it. From the extremely long delivery times, to my orders always... being incorrect. How do you confuse Jp (jalapeños) for Mu (MUSHROOMS I fn hate mushrooms) on the order screen? Just picked upmy order & I ordered... ??12" medium hand tossed pizza w/alfredo sauce ½ Ham/Spinach ½ Chicken/Jalapeños ??16 piece GarlicParm Bread Bites ??2 Garlic Sauces ??1 Ranch ....but of course....YET AGAIN, wrong pizza. I got ½ Chicken/MUSHROOMS instead of½ Chicken/Jalapeños. Even worse, it's not even busy. Only 3 orders were ready, no orders on the screen & I picked up at11:10pm on a Tuesdsy. WALKED 20 MINUTES just to redeem my free medium pizza with the points I've earned, now officially wasted,AGAIN, for the silliest mess up. And to think I worked 11yrs as a GM for Papa Johns & 2½ Assistant GM for Dominoes I'd be moreconsiderate, but no after walking all this way. I'm irritated & just want my 60 points back ???? oh & the pizza isn't evenfresh. Guaranteed this skin was sitting on the rack well over 30 mins. Read more
I placed an order online in the app before I left work. 30 mins later I?m in the store. I was totally ignored for another 15... minutes. Finally someone told me my pizza hadn?t even been started. 45 mins later and no pizza. Cancelled the order well I hopethey did. Worst experience and zero customer service. If you?re to busy stop accepting new orders. And the guy making the foodisn?t wearing gloves touching everything then making pizzas. Not sanitary at all. Prob for the best I didn?t eat there. I won't recommend this store to order from. They messed up my first order and the second time made me wait for an hour for one... large pizza. Extremely rude workers who don't pay attention to their customers and keep talking on their phones. Save your timeand get better food at other stores. Read more
So I get this dry and cold pizza I try to stop the driver but he just kept going to his car I think his name was Ray so I ended... up calling them twice the first time for 30 minutes someone got on the phone I kept saying hello I heard him gives someone Itotally then he hung up in my face. The second time has been an hour I just want my hot pizza with extra cheese and beef that Iorder. The night customer's not important enough for y'all to answer the phone. Read more
I ordered two medium pizzas. One was thin crust with pepperoni & sausage and the other was thin crust beef & jalapeño.... Unfortunately the order was wrong ????. Didn?t receive the pepperoni and sausage but was given hand tossed beef. Not what Iwanted at all. I can deal with the mistakes, however when I look at the size of the meat that was placed on both pizzas it waslike everything was half the size of what it used to be. I?m aware things are tough but I?d rather you raise the price and giveme what I was expecting. Skimping out doesn?t make me want to order from you again even if it?s free. No one answers the phone there! ordered a pizza with half Italian sausage and pepperoni and half extra cheese?. They delivered a... half extra cheese and other half with sauce, extra pepperoni and sausage??zero cheese. Can?t reach anyone to even get it right.How annoying. Had to settle and eat the cheese side only and treat my dog to the other side. Read more
Everytime I go there, I ask my pizza to be pie cut. I have never received a pie cut pizza from this store. I wonder if they do... it on purpose. I wonder if they know that I won't stop going there because it's so close to me, so they mess with my order onpurpose and watch me do nothing about it. What kind of a crooked game is this? The manager Stormie has great customer service skills. My pizza was marked as delivered but I hadn?t received it yet so I called... to see what happened & she apologized for the inconvenience & gave me a coupon for my next order. The next time I ordered Ireceived a pepperoni pizza instead of just cheese so I called to get it remade, she apologized multiple times & had it delivered& offered me a dessert for the inconvenience, we refused the dessert but were appreciative of her offer.
