This place is a joke. ONLY because its a few blocks away do I take my chances. Sure, they will correct mistakes for you but... after 2 remakes for a standard menu item as is, I gave up a long time ago. They have only made my pizza correctly ONE TIME inmany years. Can?t even begin to describe the incompetence that occurs within those walls. I think I could run a better pizza delivery... service out of my home kitchen. I mean, a 90 minute quote for delivery is already heinous, and then to miss it by almost 20minutes. Pizza left the oven at 5:29, delivered at 6:54, and tastes like rubber buffet pizza. I was hesitant to order againfrom these jokers, but here we are. Maybe if the franchisee wakes up, they will improve. Just absolutely terrible, and alsoforgot to mention, they absolutely will not pick up the phone. Never ever again. The pizza is good. But they get a one star for the delivery driver. My daughter was so happy to finally buy a pizza, of her own... with her money. She got the pizza and the driver was so rude after she gave him only 5$. Not every parent pays for pizza. So 5$was a lot to her as she worked hard for it. They offer to make your points on each order to get a free pizza value $12 and something. This is what they give. I have never... seen a terrible pizza like that, also they don?t even cut it. Pizza is always late and cold! Order somewhere else! Read more
The worst Domino's to order from! Service is beyond bad! I order a Hawaiian pizza and it only came with pineapple! Buffalo... wings with no sauce at all and cold!!! Order a 2 litter coke and got a Sprite instead!!! I tried to call them back for more than30 minutes and never answered! Read more
Domino's walk-in stores are just horrible now. When, I first walked in everybody was working on pies. And no one was answering... the phone there, and there was nobody at the front counter. You'll, (Domino's) need to limit the amount of online orders.Because, it just takes up too much of the employees time. I only speak a little Spanish, not a lot. However, there was only oneor two people who could speak English, to get my order correct and they still didn't get it right. Secondarily, it wasimpossible for me to try to navigate the Domino's app online to get the best discount for ordering pizzas at the discountedprice of $6.99 for a three topping!!!! Even the young man that helped me to try and figure it out there, was just too confusedon the many ways that they he was trying to help me out, on how to get the online discount. You should have a electronic padthat shows you exactly how much you're going to have to pay to add on additional ingredients to your pizza, if you sodesire... Then, I couldn't get my points added to my loyalty account because the scanner was Fu'd up. It's a shame, because Ireally like your pizza. See, P.S. I'll just stay with Blaze Pizza. You, can get more ingredients on a build-you-own pizza.Also, you see them as they build your pie!!! A much easier and better way to get exactly what you want on your pizza pie, andtheir scanners work for loyalty points. P.S. As a side note.
