Customer service at the dominos location is bland, and does not know any information. I was told they are out of my area but... they are right down the street from me. They said they don?t know when or how long. Then said it will take 3 hours for my to getmy pizza even though I?m literally 8 minutes away from them. Absolutely disgusting and I want a refund. I work for a non profit and ordered 16 pizzas and six 2 liter sodas for a local military organization family day. Short story, I... received 6 of the 16 with no soda. I called the manager of the store and she said I would receive the other 10 pizzas in 20minutes. 45 minutes later, I had to call again. Bottom line, the pizza was freezing cold when it finally arrived with no sodas.The manager has not made this right and I filed a complaint through their customer service. Guess who called me after thecomplaint? Yes, the same manager that messed the order up to begin with. I requested the GM contact info and she refused to giveit to. If you are ordering more than a family size order, stay away from this store. The manager is incompetent and the generalmanager refuses to contact me. Where do I go next? The store at 975 McKinney Street, Houston, TX... I ordered on line May 13th 2022 at that store once a week every Wednesday .... Saw the tracker showing my order still in prep about 45 minutes after ordering and saw the writing on the wall... my pizza wouldprobably arrive WELL after I wanted it and probably after going to sleep. The app kept showing my estimated delivery timegetting longer and longer. So I tried to call the store to cancel. I called and held numerous times for at least 30minutes...nobody EVER answered. In Houston again on May 20th I figured I would give this store another chance. Again, saw theorder in prep for a long time, tried to call but nobody ever answered. Finally saw the app show my order in the oven. Initialestimate was delivery in 62-72 minutes. It ended up being closer to 90. It?s very bad service I had to use another place toeat/dinner ? stuff to slow I never had any issues before until lately !! Read more
Waiting for an hour while the tracker never moved from prep. Tried calling the store, was on hold for well over an hour. 4 hours... have passed since I placed my order and I still can not get ahold of the store! I just want my money back! Read more
Ordered 8 pizzas before starting an hour long escape room and then came to pick it up and none of it was done. Sat in store for... over an hour because we couldn?t get a refund and got to watch the most docile people ever make pizzas as slow as they can. Read more
Terrible. Called to order, the call was routed overseas. Gave these people my card info, paid $61 for my pizza, and then... received a call from the guy at the store (why he couldn't just pick up the phone in the first place is unclear), telling methat because of inclement weather, they couldn't put their drivers on the road to deliver a pizza. Really? Is that not what youdo? It's not even raining. It rained earlier, but it's not raining now. Weak. To top it all off, they already ran my card, andthe refund will take 3-5 business days to process. No apologies, no real solution, just, "Hey, we took your money, but we're notgonna give you a pizza, and it'll take us a week to give you your money back." Is this where Dominoes has gone now?
