Pizza was delivered on time and still hot - no complaints there. My only frustration is the delivery service. I live in a... complex that requires an access code to enter - who doesn?t in this neighborhood? My drivers consistently call saying they?reunable to enter even though I?ve created an access code specifically for them, AND there are multiple entrance pads on the frontdoors. Often, they either are rude or completely refuse to enter the complex beyond the leading apartment (it?s all onebuilding). Tonight, specifically, my driver was yelling at me over the phone because he couldn?t find my apartment. When Iattempted to meet him and ask which door numbers he saw, he would either yell at me again or be completely unresponsive. Hefinally hung up on me and i honestly wasn?t sure if my food would be delivered. Luckily, I was able to find him in the hallwayto retrieve my food. The handoff was neither kind or friendly. I am just so sick of the crummy attitudes almost every time Iorder delivery from y?all. Once in a while it?s fine, but more often then not I feel like a complete inconvenience and I findmyself apologizing to a driver who refuses to leave his car outside of the leasing office. Please tell me why I should tip yourdrivers if they consistently yell at and are rude to your customers? Goodness. Read more
HORRIBLE! I traveled to the store to order my pizza in person and prevent confusions. Yet they have prepared my pizza wrong and... made me wait for almost half an hour. I spoke to an employee who presented herself as the manager, but wore no name tag andrefused to provide her name. She rolled her eyes on me saying: "are you taking the pizza yes or no?" Finally, after I ask forher name for the third time, another employee, who presented himself as Eric, bursted at me stated that I'm trespassing andthreatened me that he was going to call the police on me! They cancelled my online order for pick up. Any other time would have been tolerable, but this day I needed the order to go... smoothly due to my busy schedule that day. I had placed the order over an hour earlier. And when I arrived, they said theycancelled my order because they had received a very large order. Read more
Man oh man...perfection from this location continues. Came by to pick up pizza carside today 05/13/2021 and the service and... pizzas where amazing once again. My pizzas were cooked perfect and the right amount of toppings were placed on my pizzas. Iextremely advise that Houston residents swing by Domino's on Houston Ave. and give it a try. Whether you live in theneighborhood or you have to take a drive like I do...it will be worth it. This location is the BEST in Houston. Placed an orderfor car-side online on 05/01/2021 and my experience went very well!! I placed an order for 3 pizzas...1 Hawaiian hand made panlight sauce and light cheese 1 extravaganza hand made pan light sauce and light cheese and 1 pepperoni with bacon originalcrust. I arrived to pick up my order and it was brought out to me car-side service. The employee was extremely professional andkind and put it in my trunk. When I got home and checked my pizzas they were made to perfection and as I had ordered them. Mypizzas had a very nice crust to it and there was a great amount of toppings on each one. I really don't like Hawaiian pizzas butthis location makes them very very delicious. I literally have a Domino's 5 minutes away on Parker and Airline but I choose tocome to this location even if its out of my way because this location has awesome service great phone service (manners) and theyknow how to make and cook the perfect pizza. I highly recommend this location on 45 and Houston Ave. and I look forward toreturning soon.
