Clearly from other reviews you need to fire your current ?manager? and get a new one. We ordered 2 pizzas. My husband waited... over an hour for them and when they were finally ready hw opened them and they FORGOT TO PUT CHEESE ON THEM. How is that evenfreakin possible. Them the manager was sarcastic and rude and when I called they refused to give me the general managers contactinformation. Read more

Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours without warning. The tracker is pointless because they'll start it even if they haven't started... your order and the management here will hide instead of taking accountability. I thought it was a one time situation, but thisplace is so badly managed I would advise you choose pickup from another location. 2 stars instead of 1 bc Dominos is stilldecent. Read more

THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE! He should not be in a managerial position! He is not solution oriented and instead of offering to... help me he was very sarcastic and only offered to give me a refund after I had already been waiting over an hour for myfood. When explaining that I was upset, he did nothing but speak over me the entire time and when I asked to speak to hismanager he kept telling me that he is the manager and the boss. Everyone has someone else to speak to over them. I will bereporting this to corporate and the call was also recorded. He then continued to speak very rudely in a condescending manner tome and hung up in my face and cancelled my order. I am HIGHLY UPSET! Read more

I placed an order online. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes I called the store and was told the delivery time was four hours.... Nobody in their right mind would wait four hours for a pizza. Neither the app nor the store notified me that it was going to bethat long. Read more

Awful pizza place. I placed an order 9 days ago, one of the pizzas was the buffalo chicken specialty, it had almost zero chicken... called to complain about it, but nobody answered... Today I placed the same order, I got a burnt buffalo chicken pizza with nobuffalo sauce...went to the store to get it fixed and they offered to cover it with buffalo sauce, even after I said it wasburnt.
