This location is good ONLY if you pick up. This location apparently has only 1 driver and delivers over to the opposite side of... the Beltway. My order was ready at 6:15, it left for delivery at 6:46 and it's now 7:01. No pizza. Order delivery at your ownrisk. WTH. Read more
Worst customer service ever. Made an online order. Waited for almost two hours to later find out that this location canceled my... order. No email, no text message, no call to notify that the order was canceled. Tried to call to see what happened. No one evenbothered to answer the phone. The portion of food you get is not acceptable for the price you're paying at this location. The staff are always playing around... with each other...running in and out of the store while working. No point in complaining to the manager as he is the main oneflirting and playing around with the female employees. To be honest it wouldn't even be an issue with me if my food was preparedaccordingly. Read more
I ordered pizza over an hour ago. I?ve called them 6 times and no one has answered. I have memorized this recording at this... point. This franchise needs to be rescinded. We then ventured to a not so great part of town to check on our order. When we gotthere, they told us the GM was out and we were the 3rd order on the screen, so we said we would wait the 15 minutes for them tomake our pizza. We checked in after 15 minutes and they still had not started our order, and it seemed to have been lost. It?salso worth Noting that in the time we stood there, a dozen more customers walked in, some of having waited for over 2 hours withno notice. How and why is this location still in business? They're supposed to put garlic sauce on the crust (at least that's what they... told me), but even if it's not mandatory, I tell them every single time I order and it's literally on the notes when you orderonline. Not only they don't put the garlic sauce on the crust, which is not too much to ask for, they do not make you a freshpizza all the time. It's like they bake them ahead of time and then just add toppings as you order. All I ask for is a freshpizza and garlic sauce on the crust from a pizza place that makes pizzas and puts garlic sauce on the crust. Delivery was fast (especially being on Halloween night) and pizza arrived hot. The delivery guy was very nice. The toppings were... fresh and tasty. I love their thin crust. We ordered a medium thin crust with jalapeños, beef and mushrooms. Perfectcombination of toppings. Of all the large chain pizza shops, Dominos is definitely the best! Good job, D! Read more
