I want to share a very terrible experience I had today with this place . I placed an order with the special and I gave my info... to place it and was told it should be ready within 10 min. So I go to pick up my order and get there with the surprise that myorder was cancel for no reason. They stated they called me but never received a call at all and I ask why was the reason oftheir call and cancel my order, no answer given. Very bad service and terrible experience. I will never be buying here everagain ???? ? to those who be reading this keep in mind 10 min wait will be for ever, they will be canceling your order for noreason .. Domino's pizza ???? ????,live the pizza minus the lack of sauce.The sauce or the lack of sauce shall I say is my only... complaint.....The pizza is always hot and semi delicious. Depending on the day you might get a long wait time but,hey what fastfood doesn't have a long time some days,the staff is courteous and polite.I pick up my pizza instead of delivery most time sothe person to person interaction is always pleasant.Overall get your pizza cravings at Domino's just make sure you get them toadd a little more sauce. Terrible service from employees as well as the GM. It's been around 2 months and I still haven't even come close to a... resolution. Better yet a call from an Area/District Manager. The person running the place is a reflection of this operation.Always an issue. The Pizza Hut nearby is worse. But I may have to go back them because the professionalism and character at thislocation is questionable. Still won't be contacted by anyone at corporate I'm sure. Read more
I?ve ordered from this dominoes location frequently and I?ve never had a problem but today w left me speechless. What would... normally take 15 to 20 minutes took an hour. I assumed I purchased my Domino?s Pizza from another location, however it wascoming from my normal location. So I called the store and spoke with the manager, I?ve never had a manager yell at me like I washis child. Disrespect to the customer means disrespect to your revenue! Bottom line I wanted to cancel my order and he told meno the order is on its way and you will get it. However, I had to remind him this is my money, you?ve wasted my hour and I donot want food from your location . Please cancel the order. THE POSITIVE?. I've ordered my last pizza from this location. Last night I paid $4 for double cheese and the cheese level was less than I would... even expect on a regular pizza. Pizza Hut also delivers in this area. Update: I messed up and tried them again. My pizza saidit would be ready at 4:27-4:37. I?m still sitting here at 4:52 waiting for my pizza. Ordered the new cheeseburger pizza->got no meat, just scattered bits on the edges. Also it was soggy and gross.
