Ordered at noon 11/05/2022. They delivered me a chicken caesar salad that smelled horrible, was discolored and was clearly... expired. Please throw check your bad products (expiration dates, the look; discolorations, etc) as these can cause serioushealth issues. Read more
I usually always order pizza hut, today i decided to go a different route . I Placed a order at 315pm called at 4pm to see what... was taking the delivery so long, they told me that I would get it around 430pm. 5pm I call and said I want to cancel and arefund they put me on a 20 min hold, I hung up called again and was finally able to cancel it, asked how long would it be beforeI see the money back in my account they said I don't know. This store closes @ 11 . I made calls & tried to order online . I went up to the store @ 11:16 and Ashley & Brayden advice me... that they were closed due to ?low staff? ?. There were 2 workers and 1 manager ? I went to the dominos on Eldridge which alsohad 3 staff members & they took my order with no problem ! This store is horrible and Ashley has a mouth that would get her laidout . Very unprofessional. Who made this, a 5 yr old ? One pizza had no crust and clumps of cheese, and the other had stacked ham, excessive sauce, and one... side of the pizza didn?t even have crust, like a chunk was bitten or ripped off. It?s like my pizza ran into a drunk person.???? Read more
Well done, Domino's, well done! My mother orders from here, but lately in the past, she's been truly unhappy with the service,... quality and ETA. So, I took a chance and convinced her to try again. Wonderful service, pizza was ordered and arrived within 25minutes, still hot and very heavy with toppings I ordered. No mistakes at all! Definitely going back to this Domino's. Read more
Not a good experience. I've ordered here before and usually it's somewhat okay, however this is the second time it's been pretty... horrible. The tracker said it was ready on time and we went to go pick it up. More than 30 minutes later we are barely gettingour pizza and at this point I'm just done. They didn't cover the whole pizza with toppings, it also was not well cooked. For therecord it was supposed to have sausage, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Tasted like soggy cardboard with cheese. After trying to eata slice, I just decided it wasn't worth it. I would have been a bit less upset if they had showed real time on our order,updated the status correctly, or even canceled it because they couldn't fulfill it well. To wait over an hour and have foodthat really didn't pass as edible was not acceptable, plus sitting in any store for 30 minutes after being told your food isready is ridiculous. I will not be back. I ordered my food at 11:30 & I called to ask what?s the hold up & he gone tell me it?s the rain . So I said okay I understand .... Now it?s 1 o?clock & I call again & the dude gone say somebody pulling up now tell me why I get my food & it look like it?s beensitting there since I ordered it . This is the worse dominos ever they don?t have drivers to deliver the food .
