First time I ordered it took almost 2 hours to be delivered, I let it go since it was a pretty good amount of items. The second... time (only ordered 2 pizzas) I ordered I waited an hour until they called me to tell me I had to go pick up my order since theydidn?t have driver. the food wasn?t even ready yet, it would take another 30-45 mins. Placed delivery order @ 5:50pm and tracker did not update until 6:50pm (an hour later) stating that order was just going into... oven... In the meantime I called store for update and was put on hold. Waited for 10 minutes on hold and finally hung up becauseno one ever answered. Tried calling cutomer support and they are also closed... so maybe I'll get my food delivered before thenights over. Wow! The level of unprofessionalism and service are unmatched. I originally ordered online just to arrive to the store 40 mins... later to learn that my order was never prepared. Fine. Reordered in the store just to wait an additional thirty mins to receivea pizza that was wrong when we went through the order together. The staff had nothing to say for themselves. Overall theexperience was a big let down. I believe the staff needs to revisit some service standards and cleanliness. The mediocre servicehas to stop. Read more
Don't trust them with large orders. I ordered the night before for the following afternoon, as instructed by a team member when... I called to ask about how to best order a large number of pizzas for a party. They were unapologetically late with the orderthe day of the party. When I arrived 15 mins after the scheduled time to pick them up, they were literally just beingstarted. The woman at the front rudely barked, "I'm the only one here!" when I mentioned my order was from the night before. Idon't staff their stores, so their staffing issues are not my fault. A call that morning to let me know they were short-handed,and couldn't get the order done in time, would have been appropriate. This store is horrible. The owners and staff don't care and it shows. We have had issues multiple times but I've tried to give... them the benefit of the doubt. Pizzas are delivered 2 hours ordering. You can try calling the story but some flippant kidanswers and the response is ALWAYS "so do you want to cancel it?". No explanation or apology. Papa John's patrons only now. Read more
Worst service ever at Domino's. I'm still at the counter several minutes while people walk by talking to each other and... continuing to cut Pizza without even acknowledging me. Then when I asked if anyone is working the counter so I can get my orderthat's when a lady said she will be with me shortly because it's only them there. But it was six people in Domino's uniforms atthe store so that did not make sense at all. It's crazy cuz you would think if it's five people there someone would be able toat least say hi when someone walks into the door.
