I placed an online order yesterday for pickup since delivery was not available. I went to the store and I told them I placed my... order online and was told that they were not making it because they had a big order to complete. So I told them this whole timeI have been waiting for my pizza it was not even being made, they said yes. I told the lady there to cancel my order and leftdisappointed. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. They need to work on customer service skills. There also needs to bea way for dominos to inform you that your order cannot be fulfilled. That shouldn?t even be necessary. How can you inconvenienceothers because of 1 order!? This can easily be resolved by management and staff if the workload is distributed to be able toaccommodate everyone. Read more

I received a notification that my pizza was ready. I walked in and the three people there who looked like they didn't want to be... there didn't acknowledge me until I stood there for about ten minutes. My food had been sitting on the rack the whole time. Thefood was cold and disgusting. Also,not one of the workers had on gloves or hair nets.Definitely my last time ordering from thislocation. Took way to long to make the food. My food was "prep" for about an hour. I had to calle to see what was going on they said it... hasn't started cooking because of driver issues I switched to pick up instead of delivery still took awhile to get my food.Pizza wasn't cut and my brownies were burnt! By far the worst experience. I ordered at 7:07 for curbside. Went in at 7:45 to check on my order and they couldn?t find my... order. When they did , they said it would be another 25 minutes at least. I would have canceled my order if that at least waspossible without it being even more of a hassle. Still waiting . Read more
UPDATE 12/03/2020: SERVICE WAS AMAZING. PIZZA WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION AND IT WAS MADE BY ANTHONY. THE DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE... AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WORE ALL PROPER PPE AND HE WAS ON TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND IF THEY DONT DELIVER TO YOURAREA I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU DO CURBSIDE. THE SERVICE HERE IS AN A+ AND THE PIZZAS ARE MADE TO PERFECTION!!!! I followed my delivery on the tracker and its on point. My order was to arrive at 7:03 pm and itwas here at that time. The driver, Cirilo, is always on time and he is always very professional with the deliveries. He arrivedat my residence wearing his PPE and left the pizza where we instructed to be left. We are very thankful and pleased that he isthe one that delivers to our residence and appreciate his great attitude and his professionalism!!! My food arrived hot and itwas just like I had ordered no mistakes.
