Please never visit this location!!!! I placed an order for delivery last night ( 11/11/2022) at 10:03pm. My order details are... as follows : Medium (12") Handmade Pan Pizza With Mushrooms, Black Olives, Pineapple, Honey BBQ Sauce, Onions, , ExtraPepperoni, Cheese With: Well Done Crust & Square Cut. My pizza was delivered with absolutely NO pepperoni , it was not welldone & they didn?t even properly cut the pizza. I called the location three times & literally NO ONE answered the phone. I always do store pickup and everything is ready within 15 minutes. Pizza is always fresh and taste great

Man o man!!! 5 star ?? service! Pizza portioned correctly. Cheese ???? was so perfect!! Omg! Keep up the good ????????! Was... expecting to be disappointed not gonna lie & they actually provided great service!! And it?s SUPER! Make the customers food howyou would want your food cooked! That keeps customers coming back. If a pizza has a little extra cheese on it ok Chef ?????????we the customers appreciate it! By far the worst Dominoes I have ever experienced! Placed a very simple order at 8:30pm called them around around 9:30 for an... update because on my app it stated that 8:57pm my order was receiving a ?Quality check?, the young lady told me that they weresuper backed up and only had one driver. So I said fine let me just be patient, then by 10:30pm I was starting to get a littlefrustrated as I have 3 young children still waiting for dinner for 2 hours at this point. I called back up there and spoke to aguy, he told me that the delivery driver was barely pulling up again from delivering a bunch of orders and reassured me thatmine was next. Then finally by 11:30pm when we STILL DID NOT HAVE OUR ORDER, I called again and was told by a ? Manager? that myorder had not even been placed in an oven yet. As you may imagine I completely lost my cool and demanded for a full refund andfor them to just cancel my order. It was pretty late and I was really exhausted b4 I even got to Domino's. The store & parking lot were clean. The employees... greeted immediately & were nice. Much to my delight, We were able to order our pizza & get it in less than 15 minutes! SCORE! Iwas soooo ready to just eat & get home! The pizza was fresh, delicious, & made EXACTLY how I asked (I always ask for lightsauce). Some places don't listen when I request that, which ruins my pizza experience. I didn't have my pizza at the time I was supposed to receive it, it was the first time I've ever ordered pick up. I didn't think... it would really be 2 minutes late but it was I was wow that's lucky of me...I guess....so I ask the lady about it and she looksat me like I'm making it up and says "it's only online." Which it clearly was, so I asked politely to speak to the manager andshe said it's busy would I be able to come in so I do and told her no problem. I go in....and it's chaos very few workers....soI could understand that he was busy so my son and I waited. People coming in asking for there pizzas and getting told therepizzas aren't on the list. A few people left. I just waited to see if they would stand by there promise and maybe get a pizzanext time. All went down hill could wait any longer and more people start to come in until it turned into a Covid zone so myson and I left. I don't know what happened today, but the chicken was horrible. I got 2 pizzas and chicken wings and the pizza was good.... However, the chicken wings were fatty and greasy. When I opened up my container they didn't even try to cover them with saucethey just put sauce over them. I don't know what happened but I will not be getting anymore chicken. With Covid, people can goanywhere to get something to eat. When you get a horrible meal it makes you question why sell or give a horrible lookingproduct to your customers. If I didn't know how good they are I would not be going back to this store. Please don't let aproduct leave your store like this ever again. Read more
