It's understandable that everyone is having staffing shortages right now, and while I appreciate the professionalism of the... manager I spoke with when I called about this issue(Rosalie's her name I believe), getting a pizza I ordered from a locationliterally 5 minutes from my house almost 90 minutes later, is unacceptable. And the only compensation was "all we can do isoffer a free pizza next time you order since I'd have to void the entire order and process a refund that'd take 3-5 businessdays, THEN REcharge you with the new discount." Tracker said my pizza was ready but when I got to the store it wasn?t ready. There were 5 workers in the building, only one was... making pizzas. Two of them were slouched over in the lobby, one complained of being ill and needing to go to the ER. The shiftleader explained why my pizza wasn?t ready and instructed them to make it however I noticed no one was wearing gloves orhairnets. Very unsanitary location! Read more
I will never order food for delivery again. Orders are always incorrect. I understand policy of needing to see things as proof... so a solution can be made, but if you're ordering delivery, it's awfully inconvenient to return the food. Delivery, in myopinion, means I couldn't pick something up. In addition, why would you need to see the returned food as proof if you're sendinga customer an email saying that "the delivery was not what we hoped it would be." with a coupon that expires in 7 days?? We order from this domino's often today was a very bad experience. I ordered online selected curbside. Well when order said... ready the 2 min timer started. At 7:21pm the timer stopped with 37 seconds remaining. At 7:29pm my wife had to get down and turna curbside into a store pick up. While my wife was waiting for the order she heard a female say curbside order has been readyand needs to be taken. But no one paid any attention. Until my wife got to the window and said I'm the curbside can she have herorder. When she got home I helped her take everything down. I noticed there was no wing which I ordered. I contacted the storeand was told it was left on the counter by my wife. I said so it's my wife's fault when she wasn't supposed of even went in thestore to get a curbside order. We ordered 8 pizzas for large group and we were super dissatisfied. All pizzas were horrible with barely, if any, sauce. They... were not fresh and they had very little cheese and some pieces were just bread. The crust was not even good. These are the worstpizzas I've ever had from dominos and I love Domino's. This is clearly due to lack of care and poor quality at this location. If they make the pizza to the normal Domino's standard, I'm sure they would be great. Read more
