I have ordered here before, and it?s been amazing, but that?s the only reason why I?m giving two stars. I ordered a pizza here... two days ago, chicken and mushroom with garlic sauce on pan plus some mild buffalo wings, and the first problem was the pizza.It wasn?t pan, it was regular, so I paid the two extra dollars for nothing. I let it slide, because I was extremely hungry, butthe wings were a different story. They were so spicy I could barely eat them. They obviously weren?t mild, because I had orderedmild before and they weren?t as spicy, so I called and told them. They said they were going to send another. I had to call again45 minutes later, even though the store is 10 minutes from my house, to find they hadn?t even sent someone out. The new wings wegot 30 minutes later were just as spicy, they had sent literally the same ones. I was tired of wasting my energy so I let it be.I ate some of the pizza, even though it tasted a bit funny, I just assumed it was because it had cooled a bit. So upset that my chicken Alfredo pizza didn't have toppings on basically half the side of my pizza. IDK if it was the cook or... the drivers fault but I was looking forward to this. I paid the driver a 50% tip for my pizza to look like *****..Im justdisappointed and feel like I waisted my time and money at this location I asked for the option where they leave the pizza butthe guy just stood and waited for me to come out. I?m irritated!!! I ordered yesterday and my pizza was wrong. I called and spoke with someone and I was delighted when they said... they?d remake it. When I received the pizza, it looked like this and I thought it was a joke! I?m highly upset. It?s like theywere upset I told them I didn?t receive what I paid for. Burned veggie pizza and nasty cold wings. Sauce just thrown on wings. Delivery driver left food on ground. Didn't knock to let... us know it arrived. Called location for manager and they didn't come to phone. I should have received a credit or pizza replacedor something. I spent $50 on NASTY FOOD!! Read more
This location is horrible! The 12 year old they have as a manager should at least be trained some what in customer service and... hospitality. Arguing with a customer after you messed up on their pizza, the simplest kind of pie one could make is not a goodidea. My pizza was dry and barely had any cheese on it and her excuse was they must?ve not distribute the sauce on theircorrectly! Sometimes it?s not what you say but how you say it! Rudely as if I?m the one who caused an issue and how dare I callback and ask to correct the issue. Not to mention the bacon was burnt on my other pizza. Read more
Probably the best tasting domino's pizza I've had. The topping portions were generous and overall pizza was just very well made.... Very prompt and courteous service as well. Thanks for the great pizza night!! Wish more domino's locations were this good. Read more
The order was marked as ready but when I arrived the kid working said he forgot the wings. So I had to wait another 5 minutes,... which is no big deal. However the real issues occurred when I got home and opened my two pizza boxes. One pizza is missing twoslices and was cold, which means they were eating from it which is so unsanitary. The other pizza was smooshed, uncut, and hadingredients we didn?t ask for. At this point my friends were so hungry that they ate the smooshed pizza while I returned to thestore. Instead of apologizing and asking how they could fix the issue, they started bickering back and forth about whose faultit was/who gave me the wrong pizza. When I inquired about my other pizza being made wrong, all the girl said was oh we addedsome onion slices sorry and that was it.
