Ordered from this Domino's there was an accident with my order not sure what happened but as soon as I made a call they... rectified the order I have a picture of the old pizza and the new one they're very professional and handle things very quicklyand respectfully here's a picture of the old pizza before I threw it away and here's a picture of the new pizza they did areally good job I do appreciate how professional they were and handling the situation most definitely will order from them again Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas same toppings only difference was I needed light sauce and light cheese on one of them, also added a Diet... Coke. When I got the order I noticed the drink was a sprite the drive apologized and didn?t even ask to fix it. Just keptrepeating ?oh man? over and over again, so I said it?s fine. When I looked to see which pizza was the light cheese and sauce Inoticed both pizza boxes didn?t have labels, they both looked 100% the same! some parts heavy with cheese the other having zerosauce or cheese on it. Been ordering here for nearly 17 years or so now and it's always been great! The customer service here is really good as I was... able to update my online order by simply calling in to request a change on it. And the pizzas are very hot and fresh when youget them! Read more
Placed a pickup order and called ahead to make sure my marinara and cheese would be in the box/bag. The person on the phone was... rude and told me whoever gave me the food would put it in the box. I got home and checked and it wasn't in the box. I called tosee if it could be delivered to me and they told me it would be a two to three hour wait. I got a call back a few minutes laterand was told that because it was a pickup that they couldn't deliver it even though i was told they could and it was theirmistake. Absolutely ridiculous..order says it will take 32-40min only for it to not even get placed in the oven for an 1hour then... doesn?t even have the courtesy to call and advise customers there?s only one driver?and then no manager on duty tf is that. Not bad pizza, but 2 stars is because of today's experience. Another let down with service. This has happened multiple times at... this store. We wanted to make an order online but it said we could not schedule it until 2pm, even though the store opens at10am. So we tried calling and placing our order, double checked the correct store and phone #, but were unable to use ouraccount over the phone, so no points awarded towards future. Then, went to pick up at ordered time of 11am, and they had noorder for us, and no idea what we were talking about. I had to order a second time, decided to be delivered since my scheduledoes not allow for me to pick up again, which meant I had to spend more $. It is frustrating to experience the same thingmultiple times with a service that should be so simple. Delivery was quick, but then when we got it, one pizza was madeincorrectly, with instead of w/o tomato sauce, which there is an allergy to, so we chose garlic sauce for. Great place and fast. They had issues with the app but the staff was very helpful and the pizza and items came out fast.
