I got an email of a promotion of a buy a 2 meat plate and 2 large drinks and get one 2 meat plate for free. I ordered that... special for my family and when we got the delivery, we were missing all the sides, all the sauces, Hawaiian rolls, and bothlarge drinks. Not to mention the meat plates had way more fat than actual meat. I've called customer service and the restaurantTWICE and nobody has helped me resolve my issue. How are they going to email promotions and then mess up the entire order? Ijust emailed the owner to see if resolving customer issues even exists in this establishment since the staff is giving me therun around for 3 days now. ASHLEY! I'll never return!!! Get better/ new workers!! that care about the food and costmers!! I ment ????Don't trust they food... please!!This place was horrible the staff did want to do they job, we had to repeat our order watch them make the order wrongchocked them how we wanted our order! The sausage was old and nasty looking I teast one! I took my sausage back he said overcooked I said smell it! He tryed to give me another kind looked the same nasty! They was just on the click! Talking over thefood! The cashier kelp disrespecting the meat cutter. The meat cutter gave away too much unsliced beef! The brisket was tough. I love the spicy BBQ sauce!!! However, the manage here (04/30/22 @ 3:30pm) is extremely unprofessional... and needs to be retrained. When, there are problems to be addressed with an employee - wait and do it privately and take thetime to listen to your employee too. Sergio, you were very professional when you tried to walk away and asked your manager tospeak later. I will not be back but I definitely bought a bottle of your sauce. Read more
Oh man I hadn't had dickeys since I was in Austin 5 years ago. I asked the cook to give me what he gets just how he likes it and... boy was I super satisfied. The sandwich was a basic brisket with cheese. It was stuffed, hot and had hot toasted bun! It wasalmost $10 just for the sandwich though. The place was super clean, the staff super friendly and smelled sooo good. I'lldefinitely be back. Read more
