I got an email of a promotion of a buy a 2 meat plate and 2 large drinks and get one 2 meat plate for free. I ordered that... special for my family and when we got the delivery, we were missing all the sides, all the sauces, Hawaiian rolls, and bothlarge drinks. Not to mention the meat plates had way more fat than actual meat. I've called customer service and the restaurantTWICE and nobody has helped me resolve my issue. How are they going to email promotions and then mess up the entire order? Ijust emailed the owner to see if resolving customer issues even exists in this establishment since the staff is giving me therun around for 3 days now. The brisket was tough. I love the spicy BBQ sauce!!! However, the manage here (04/30/22 @ 3:30pm) is extremely unprofessional... and needs to be retrained. When, there are problems to be addressed with an employee - wait and do it privately and take thetime to listen to your employee too. Sergio, you were very professional when you tried to walk away and asked your manager tospeak later. I will not be back but I definitely bought a bottle of your sauce. Read more
