Zero attention and bad customer service. I placed a pick-up order, coming exhausted and hungry from traveling all day and not... having had a bite for 12 hrs. In my order, I included a sampler with buffalo sauce and honey mustard because I just don't likemarinara, and a cheesecake. I came in and was told that there was no cheesecake, which was fine with me, and I got my order. Irequested a receipt and the server told me he had no receipt. I asked if he could get it for me, and he searched through somereceipts that were on the table and said he had no receipt. I asked if he could print it for me, and he said he had no receipt.Mind you, I was beyond tired and just wanted to get back to the hotel, have a bite, and rest, so I thanked him and left (Ifigured I could print the order that was still on my phone) and came back to the hotel to find that, instead of the buffalosauce and honey mustard, he sent me a bowl of marinara (which I hate and simply did not want in my food). Might be worthmentioning that there were literally 4 or 5 people dining at the restaurant, so this was not at all an issue of beingoverwhelmed with the service at the time, which I would have understood. I also assumed and expected, as anybody would, that Iwould not be charged for the cheesecake, but I never received a refund, which is just a dishonest and terrible practice. On aside note, I thought the mango smoothie would be awesome but it tastes too acidic for mango and not very mango-y, even thoughthere is some pulp in it. I do not recommend it, nor this place at all. Read more
