One star is way to much for this so call restaurant and their management team. The three men that were there on Sunday morning... claiming to be managers shouldn't be allowed to have any contact with customers. Sunday morning was busy as expected but we wereseated within a few minutes of being there. After the waitress finally took our order it took a out 15 minutes to get our drinksbrough to us by a bus person not the waitress. After waiting for 45 minutes for our meal, I flagged down a so call manager thatsaid he would check on our order. He went to the kitchen but never came back. 10 minutes later I flag down a second manager thatwent to the kitchen to check. Close to 10 minutes later the waitress comes with the food that I ordered but not my wife's food.My sandwich ans fries were cold and nasty. After seeing the second manager that by now was acting rude to my wife and I forcomplaining I asked about her food. He never came back to is. I asked for the check wich I should have just walked out withoutpaying. I complained to the third manager when the second manager came up arguing and blaming my wife and I for the horribleservice. This is definitely not the service or the food that I expected from a Dennys restaurant. The three managers should besent to a customer service class if not fired. Read more
Got here at about 7:30 PM, wasn't very busy. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Service was quick, food was prepared the way... I ordered it. For the most part getting refills of my drink was quick and easy. All in all it was okay, The waitress didn'tmake any effort to see if I wanted anything extra or any dessert. Due to the heat I had gotten 3 refills of tea in their newglasses. Or even offer me a to go glass of tea. The food was ok, the service was okay. Maybe the days of up selling thecustomer or seeing if they wanted anything else before they left has come and gone. If so, I for one miss them, and I'mdisappointed with what I got. I would come back if I was nearby and wanted a quick meal. However I just wouldn't expect thetreatment of old. Read more
I had ordered the nachos since I wasn't as hungry. They came back like a soup. I had told her no sour cream and they filled it... up with extra sour cream she than took the plate back to make another one said it was fresh but it was the same plate they justscooped the sour cream off. The third time was okay but oh man I won't be going back to this one. Read more
I really like this Denny's located on the Northwest Freeway at Antoine. The restaurant is very clean and service is prompt. I... especially like the everyday value breakfast. You get two eggs, two strips of bacon or two sausage links and two large pancakesall for under $5 tax included. As a senior citizen, I especially like the 15% AARP discount. Read more
Overall, this location was better than most. Service was acceptable, would have been nice to get more coffee before the meal was... finished. Food came out quickly and was good by chain standards. Read more
Did not realize that the meltdown on doordash is actually dennys restaurant the food was amazing ended up having it twice in one... day. Whatever that sounds much worse that I got from the meltdown that meat inside was melted in your mouth good I was reallyglad I ordered it Read more
Honestly just horrible food and service? Got here around 8:12pm and ordered at 8:25pm we waited a whole hour for the food to... just come out all dry and flavorless! Not only that the manager in position in the time named Maria cantu instantly startedattending us with horrible attitude for her to have the food just lay there just sitting for 30 or so minutes and not coming toupdate us or even ask if everything was okay! Reminder we arrived at 8:12pm and we got the food 9:20pm so long for such simplefood and little people in the restaurant Maria cantu excuse to not serving us no more because she thought she recognized me forthe past when last time I left her a $10 tip!! Honestly just unprofessional?this isn?t the first time she has attended in ahorrible attitude?the other customers who had her as a server so happen to be my neighbors and talked badly about herservice?.to make matters worse it was my little brother birthday and this was his gift from me to come here and have dinnerbecause he has been wanting to come and eat @ denny?s for the longest?.just to come and be attended my someone who doesn?t havea pleasing attitude or a pleasing face to look at bc she didn?t even smile once!!!!
