We had an Amazing Dinner Here last Sunday. Our Waitress, Elena, was extremely awesome. I ate the turkey club with seasoned... french fries. I also had a fresh fruit plate. Elena really gave me lots of fruits. He had a T-Bone steak with corn, potatoes,and bread. The food was hot and well prepared. Great Sunday date. Read more
Me and my family arrived in Houston on 7/15/22 we are staying at the Doubletree Downtown before coming to the restaurant all of... their restaurants visits where horrible including the hotel. We chose to come to Denny?s because it?s our favorite place to eatbreakfast I must say you have redeemed my entire stay here in Houston customer service was excellent, food was great I wouldrecommend this Denny?s to anyone who wants a great meal with customer service. Never coming back to this location, they have 5 tables and they are a disaster like if the place was full, i had to wait 30... min for my food and than it comes all burnt and tasting like black old oil. 5 years ago this was the best in the area i dntknow what happened Dnt waste ur time here!! Ordered online for pickup, curbside. Curbside was not available at this location and I had to go in. My order was supposed to be... ready between 4.20 and 4.30, arrived at 4.20 to a host who yelled at me for being late and provided me with 3 melted milkshakesand pancakes that looked less than appetizing. I was the only customer, I don't understand the need for yelling because I was"late". Usually I'm a huge Denny's fan, but this location definitely dropped the ball. Read more
Prices is very affordable but can vary depending on what you order: $$ - $$$ Friendly staff and I was surprised on how quite it... was. Denny's is Denny's and they always seem to have a great selection with the same taste at anyone of their locations. Read more
This was a real nice location. The customer service was pretty good. Soon as I walked in I was welcomed to a clean... atmosphere. They handled social distancing very well. Quiet atmosphere and just a really nice location. Our food was preparedto our expectations with no issues. I had to ask for some napkins which was the only minor issue. They didn?t give us enoughwhich was ok. I understand why they may mot have napkins on each table. It didn?t take long for them to prepare our food. Dueto Covid, the menu had been shorten to just two pages. There are still great selections available along with a senior discountselection. Read more
As an ex-manager myself, the environment was just so depressing. Strong "I don't care" vibes from staff during my visit (only... the cook). It's a shame because the menu is delicious. If Local Foods or Dish Society were in the area, this Denny's would shutdown. Order that I placed was not the same order prepared years ago. Just not the same.. Read more
