Outstanding meal. Had buns - turkey neck buns were good. Unusual. Also the noodles - three different kinds - pork, beef and... scallions - were nice and very tasty. The dessert was a cream that was covered in expresso and very unusual and had a goodtaste. Also the shrimp appetizers were excellent ( both boiled and gently fried) and were sitting on a bed of raw vegetablesthinly sliced and flavored with Asian spices. This was a special Momofuku occasion created by the chef David Chang. I believethe Crawfish and Noodle restaurant is in a new location and is probably one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Houston. Wewill be back to try this restaurant soon. Read more
