There food truck is ok, there are better fusion food trucks that are doing the same thing. Today we visited Truck Yard in... Houston and Coreanos was one of the featured food truck for the night. I have ordered from Coreanos before, so I know what toexpect but I experienced something very different this time. My friend placed her order, handed the cashier her card and afterthe cashier handed her the iPad to sign her for her purchase and the buzzer. Right after the cashier asked, "did I hand you yourcard", which had not happened. She responded and said that she didn't receive her card. After the cashier started looking forher credit card and proceeded to tell her that he did give her the card. My friend and I just looked at each other confusedbecause he even questioned her as to whether he gave her the credit card back and blamed her for the mislabeled card. He told ushe didn't have the card. After the cashier told my friend he could go into the food truck to look for it. The food truck was notvery organized on the inside, and well the card was not there. We waited throughout the night to see if it would turn out and itnever did. Their food wasn't only okay but the service was horrible! He basically blamed the owner of the card of losing it,when he didn't seem sure if he gave her the card back either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED I've been a Coreanos customer for about 4 years now. I've enjoyed their food, though... it's never been the best, but their customer service has always been subpar. Today, I went to Truck Yard and was surprised tosee them here. I haven't had their food in over 6 months so my friend and I decided to order something. This is when things wentdownhill. The guy (white red-headed man, overweight) who took my order LOST MY CREDIT CARD. He handed me the iPad to sign thenasked if he returned my card after which I informed him that he did not. Initially, he was looking for it frantically, but whenit didn't turn up, he became defensive and suggested that he returned it to me and I somehow lost it. This was not the case andI even checked and asked my friend to check my purse to make sure I didn't have the card. I did not. They continued to insinuatethat I had my card and were VERY rude after they were unable to locate it. Before that, they were willing to refund my meal, butonce they realized they screwed up, they decided to put the blame on me, their customer. I have never been thus treated and amappalled at the management as well as the customer service of this food truck. I attempted to inform them of the inconvenienceof having to request a new card and wait for the card to arrive and then changing my credit card number for all the places I useautopay. They did not care and stated "do you know how easy it is to go to Chase and request a new card." No, I don't, because Ihave never lost a credit card and did not do so today. They misplaced my card then commenced to be completely rude to me. Thiskind of customer service is unacceptable. I will NEVER make a purchase at this food truck again and I will be requesting thatnone of my friends do either.
