Ok so starting off with parking, valet $6 not too bad but it would've been nice to have it complimentary. however i get why they... charge because it's for both gratify and coppa. customer service throughout my dining experience. decent, they could've made itbetter although i could tell that they were trying, like my server jordan. she was friendly and checked up on me multiple times.she seemed new but she got most of the basics checked - except for the to-go where she dumped the leftovers on top of the pizzainstead of putting it in a container.. the manager seemed very new as well - didnt ask me what type of tea i wanted and broughtme a cold iced tea which i had to tell her i wanted hot tea. weird. food. i got grilled octopus, half chopped italian salad, bianca pizza, vanilla ice cream & warm chamomile tea. grilled octopus was good, i loved it. good portion. half chopped italiansalad, very plain, tho it did went together with all the other food i got. but i wouldnt get it again. bianca pizza - loved itas long as you eat it with honey. might wonder why, because it becomes very similar to gorgonzola pizza and that's my fav pizza.it's rare to find gorgonzola here in houston so.. lastly the ice cream is homemade and yummy, and tea is a tea you wouldexpect. i am glad i went for an early dinner on a friday because once people started coming thru 6:30pm and after, it felt socrowded and loud. especially the tables are very close to each other and you would see big groups coming through. overall i didhave a pleasant experience and i can see myself coming here again. def not during the busy days. Went here for lunch and got the margarita pizza, seafood pasta and okra. The pizza was delicious. The ratio of pizza to cheese... was perfect. I really enjoyed the okra as well. I even topped my pizza with it. The seafood pasta was the one thing I didn’tenjoy. It tasted too salty. The service and ambiance are really lovely as well, makes you want to stay longer. Oh and I lovedthat they had mocktails!! So delicious! Will be back! Read more

Service and food was Excellent! Had the Spaghetti carbonara, and although I was a bit iffy because it came with an egg yolk, I... was impressed it didn’t have that yolk taste; it was creamy and tasty. The cocktails were also perfect, I tried a smoky drink“The Grant” (not usually a fan of them) but that one surprised me! It was just the perfect smokiness, very smooth. Ourserver was super attentive and made sure everything tasted good and kept checking up to see if we needed anything. This placeexceeded my expectations Read more

Great patio to sit at and watch the cars and people go by. Valet parking available in front of the restaurant. Corbonara was as... good as they say. Shishito peppers were cooked to perfection. Great complimentary bread and butter. Drinks were good andreasonably priced. Mushroom arancni was great as well. Server was great and checked on us often . Will be back to try moreitems off the menu. Do yourself a favor and go and have a great meal. Every item that we have on the menu has been delicious. We have been there at... least 15 times in the past few years and enjoyed every bite. The meals are a little on the expensive but you definently getyour money's worth Read more

The place, atmosphere and service were great the food on the other hand was very disappointing. The steak was so chewy I... couldn’t eat it, the crunchy potatoes were okay nothing out of the ordinary. The pasta was very much overcooked. I wouldexpect it from any American place but if they say they are an Italian restaurant and they serve overcooked pasta that’s a bigdisappointment. Cocktails were nothing special either. Read more

I love coming here whenever I get a chance. The food is always amazing and the service is so good. We’ve had a little of... everything on the menu and you really can’t go wrong. We usually order multiple plates and share everything family style,it’s the best. I will also note, eating by candlelight just makes everything that much better. Read more

I usually don’t rate hard for restaurants but I am a bit disappointed. First, half of the waiters/workers/cooks weren’t... wearing their masks despite the spike of COVID-19 happening again. The waiter was talking over our food and I kinda feltdisturbed Second, They mistook my order and I had to wait while everyone else was finishing their food. The waiter did not evenapologize and did not check up on how our food was. Did not thank us for tipping at the end Third, I got the Linguine allaScampi and the one I got after waiting for 10 minutes tasted different from the Same Linguine alla Scampi that my friend orderednext to me. It looked different. It was more salty and sour( bc of lemon pieces inside) Fourth, I found black fiber(?) or hairin my menu after finishing and I was wearing a white shirt so it was obviously not me. However, my other friends’ menus weregood. We were impressed with the pasta quality. It was definitely handmade pasta and cooked al dente which I do really preferfor pastas. I did like the pastas here a lot but sadly I did not like the service. I really wish this place had the food and theservice as best but it wasn’t and that means a lot to me as this place is priced on the higher side and it is mid-fine diningplace. I have been to many mid to high tier restaurants in Houston but service was definitely not good enough for me to not wantto come next time???? Maybe I will find a different handmade pasta place in Houston. Unless you guys really change it up orsomething Read more
