My wife bought some shrimp fried rice and it was a joke ! I placed a penny on the plate for reference . This is supposed to be... famous , I don?t think so ! Over priced and the shrimp were tiny . China one #4 on greens rd is cheaper , taste better and theshrimp are pretty good size . Never again ! Read more
Connie's was great. It was lunch time on a Sunday, so it was very busy. We sat at the bar. The bartender was very good and... friendly. The food came out fairly quick despite every table being taken and on a wait. I will be visiting this place regularly. Read more
Pretty action packed on the weekends, but no wait. Great service! The fried fish is probably the best I have ever had, for the... price. Fried shrimp is excellent! Fried rice is superb! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner she came out and sit with us and we talked about Louisiana seafood for a while. What a... wonderful little spot I?m glad I found it. It?s difficult when you live in Texas and you?re from Louisiana and you go tosomeplace that claims to be able to cook Cajun food and no one in the kitchen has ever even been to Louisiana.
