Will not return - had been 8 times over the last 24 months each time the quality of pizza has decreased and the tomatoe sauce... has Almost disappeared- and the price is 9$ dollars OMG AND I WENT today on a lunch rush Thursday there were only 3 customers inthere - there was one type of pizza that literally tasted a little like SOAP when i put it in my mouth - twice i swallowed onceand spit the second byte out - it was CONCERNING - I DID NOT GET SICK so far but My stomach is uncomfortable and is severelyBloated and i got severe Heartburn . im not returning ever in my life here and thats my review . This location is outrageous, it is more expensive than ever for the average usual experience. The cashier told me yesterday that... for 2 adult buffets and 2 small cups are the total of $25.00+change?????! I see why they are losing customers. This locationalso does not grace any coupons as well. The other location on north fwy had it?s ups and downs but they?ve always graced thecoupons and allowed you to use them. Cici's has good pizza and I went in with a friend with a coupon for 4.99 buffet. Said valid for party of 6. Cashier would only... apply coupon to one meal not both. I received a birthday reward for a free buffet so I planned a special lunch date with my brother since we've always loved eating... at Cici's. We went to the branch located on North Freeway in Houston yesterday. However, the staff, Karina, said she couldn'thonor my birthday reward since they haven't updated their system yet and could not take any coupons or rewards. She did notapologize. Now, the reward has expired and I was not able to use it. But more than anything, it dampened the mood on a lunchdate that my brother and I have been looking forward to. Upon looking at the store's reviews, I noticed that there have beenseveral people complaining about the store not honoring their coupons. My friend and i accompanied my boyfriend to go eat and got told we were not allowed to be here if we weren?t eating. I... understand there are rules but I?ve never been told that at any other cici?s. It's your typical Cici's pizza, nothing special. Pizza tasted the same as you'd expect, salad bar was stocked, and the dessert... were meh. But still a nice casual place to eat with friends or family. Read more
