By far worst cicis experience ever manager was Rude from the get go while taking our payment. Then when we asked for cheese and... chile paper she would roll her eyes and to top it off one of her employees threw away the pizza that my Wife requested for theline super rude even my mother in law felt bad for asking for salad cause the faces they were making last time we going to thiscicis date 10/9/22 . We felt like we owed them something but we paid up front they need to make the guy who cleans the tablemngr cuase they even mistreated him. Read more
I had a cupon for dine-in and drink for $4.99 for up to 6 guest. My 6, 7 and 1 year old kids were with me and she said it wasn't... allowed for kids only for adults, the cupon had noo exclusions about kids... but ok so she was supposed to charge me $4.99 andnooo she did $8.99 plus my drink and then just took of $3.50... she still over charged me and then my kid goes and asks forstraws because they didn't have any in the fountain area and they never gave it to him! Went in at 6PM with my family. The lady working the register never greeted us and didn?t even smile. She then let me know I had... to pay for my 6 month old if I wanted him to seat in the restaurant! Never heard of that before. Still payed. I figured sincethey charge for him they would at least have the courtesy to have a changing station in the restroom in which they don?t. I hadto change my baby on the floor. Now for the quality of the food, they didn?t have nothing. It?s true when other reviews say theycan?t keep up with the demand. Soda machine was out. They literally had 2 liter bottles of Coke out for the customers to pourit. The salad looked gross because it was brown. Overall the experience was by far the worse I?ve ever experienced. I had a sudden craving for Cici?s this past weekend. First time back since I was a kid. Time has not bode well for Cici?s. The... two stars are for the good customer service but the pizza was horrible. Tasted like cardboard. The cinnamon rolls were like 1/3the size as before. Lobby was maybe 1/3 full and they couldn?t keep up with that demand. I couldn?t imagine during busy hours.So sad. I will never be back. Read more
I visited this location late afternoon. I was warmly welcomed. Chairs and Tables were systematically aligned. Cashier was... courteous. Employee name Yulana happily agreed to make plain cheese and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Busser boy was neatly cleaningthe tables. Toilet was clean. Cutleries was sufficiently stocked. Fountain drink area was clean and dry. Salad was fresh,condiments were available. Pizza quality was good. We were advised by the staff to try the Desert which was fresh and nice too.I stayed 45 minutes in this location with my friend and found everything impeccable. It is important for me to write this reviewto appreciate employees, staff and the hard work they put in to fulfill our appetite. Read more
