Last night I took my family of 6 to this location excited to see my kids to have the pizza buffet experience and came out... disappointed. Walking in the cashier seemed distracted and couldn't focus on us while we placed our order. When ordering ourcustom pizza another young lady also seemed distracted and brushed us off . Keep in mind it was a slow night and barely had anycostumers. Finally when our pizza was ready I set down and seen multiple roaches !!! That being said did not eat one slice andgot grossed out. I came to eat with my family and ordered 10 wings. After 30 minutes I went to ask how much longer and the manager told me it was... coming right up. I was at the line when I saw their cook drop the wings and kick them under the oven so it can be out of sight.He proceeded to get another pan, I heard him tell his manager that one is missing and the manager said it?s fine just put it in.When we received our wing they were all flats and it was missing a wing, when we went to ask about it the manager cuts me offand says he?ll give me a refund. 0 stars if I could. Definitely don?t come to this cicis, go to the one on 249 at spring cypress. The managers there are amazing... and so kind. Here they even charge you for an infant! The manager here was rude, they don?t have any pizza on the buffet, andall the plates are dirty. Update: they finally put out some pizza and it?s all burnt and old. Not even edible. I have only been to this location twice and was not very impressed at all! The food tasted and looked like it had been sitting... out for awhile, even though I saw it coming out of the oven, that's the sad part. Wasn't impressed visually or taste wise. Andit was very warm In the whole establishment as well. When I sat down, had to wipe off my own table and seat. I will never goback to this establishment or recommend it either. Don't recommend coming to this place, they are super dirty, you can smell the restrooms from the tables where you eat; also they... didn't have any pizzas or pasta ready when we arrived, we had to wait 10-15 minutes more to get pizza. They charge you extra ifyou bring a 10-month baby since he technically "eats" already according to them, we didn't mind paying extra since we weren't inthe mood for an argument but it's something you want to keep in mind. I personally think it's overpriced, you can have a betterexperience at other locations. Read more
A complete train wreck. This is the worst Cicis I have ever been too. Their were no fresh pizza. Every pizza was kept underneath... food bar and bought out cold and very soggy. The pizza it self was old and very oily and not fully cooked. As well workersweren?t willing to throw away old pizza as it just sat there underneath no heat lights. We ordered for pickup. The cheese on the sausage pizza only goes halfway up the pizza, the sausage looks like it's just crumbled... ground meat! The cinnamon rolls are not buttery like they use to be. They were dried out and very little sauce. We will not beordering from here again. Read more
Overpriced for flat, hard pizza that is greasy and not that filling. There is water damage in several spots on the ceiling. The... drink station is pretty mediocre and the drinks don?t taste like what they?re supposed to.
