Wow! That was my first impression when I walked into this vibrant, beautiful, colorful, dynamic, eclectic restaurant. It will... wake up and engage your senses? sight, smell, taste, touch. ?Touch? because each room has a different theme and a ton oftextures, however, I?m sure they would appreciate us NOT touching. :-D One room has pictures of their customer?s dogs all overthe wall and another has hubcaps all over the ceiling. I loved it. Since people come here for the food rather than the decor, here is my take on our meals? Hot chips, salsa, and a white dipping sauce were served while we waited for our meals. I don?tknow what the white sauce was, but it was fantastic. I forgot to take pictures of the food to include with this review becausewhen she put it in front of me, I dug right in! It tasted as good as it looked and smelled. When you?re in the mood for someMexican food, stop by Chuy?s. There is ample seating both inside and outside of this restaurant, but if you choose to sitoutside, it?s worth taking a moment to peek inside. I?m sure you will enjoy your visit no matter where you sit! Read more

This restaurant has always been my favorite Tex-Mex in other cities, but having it in the state where it came from is different.... The food quality is even better than I remember. First of all, make sure to get the creamy jalapeño dipping sauce. That is nonnegotiable. It?s the best of both worlds, combining a ranch-like dressing with a little kick from chopped jalapeños. It is notonly great with the complimentary chips, but also on top of any item on the menu. We also grabbed a queso which, while I wasskeptical at first, I quickly changed my mind as the warm and spicy cheese complemented the cold weather perfectly. I went withtheir mixed fajitas which includes beef and chicken. You will be hard pressed to find juicier, tender fajitas anywhere else. Thechicken was so soft and still moist, and the beef was cooked to a medium well consistency. There are also a lot of peppers andonions that are sautéed well. The fajitas come with super soft and freshly made flour tortillas, rice and beans, and tacotoppings like cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato. Overall the experience was fantastic and service was an A+. Read more

The atmosphere is fun. The margaritas are delicious. We have enjoyed many different menu items over the years but the creamy... jalapeno dip and chips are probably our favorite thing at Chuy's. Outdoor seating is nice most of the year thanks to effortsthat help moderate the temperature (shade, heaters, etc.) Read more

Stopped in this past Friday night for dinner and left satisfied. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.... He was attentive and provided quick service. I ordered the beef fajitas for 1 and it was good. These were not the best fajitasthat I?ve ever had but everything was good. Compared to other places, these fajitas were cheap and I received a large amount. Iadded a side of queso for $1 more. I would have liked my meat cooked medium rare but other than that it was tasty. I wouldrecommend specifying how you would like your meat cooked if you do order the fajitas. Overall, it was a good experience and Iwould come back. Read more

I have been to 100's of Mexican Restaurants in my life and I've never been as impressed with the service, food and hospitality... that Chuy's Mexican Restaurant provided for my wife and I today. I was truly impressed. Both salsas they brought with the freshchips were on point. 1 word, Delicious... Then came the drinks and the bartender blew it out the park with the standard mojitoand a Tito's Cherry Limeade... Wow, Impressive! We ordered the Ponchos Nachos with beef fajitas... Amazing, simply amazing..Our waiter Luis, was very attentive and cordial, something most restaurants out here lack.. If I could give it more than 5 starsI would. First time trying this restaurant and quickly became our favorite.. Good job management! Read more
