Waited 10 minutes in drive thru,couldn't understand what the employee was saying over speaker, when arrived at window she... repeated order and still got order wrong. Ordered bombers and she did not charge for them or make any as I had already been inline waiting 10 min. You could hear someone inside talking loudly and she kept pushing him away telling him to go back go back.Tried calling the number on receipt and goes to v/m with message stating full. This number has not worked in a while no way toget in touch with them. I called a few weeks ago to ask a question about the app, which never works either, and received samemessage mailbox full. I grew up in the area and went to Y as a child as well adult , meaning I?ve visited this Churches Chicken a lot over the years .... I usually prefer this location because the chicken would usually be fresh and the customer service would be pretty cool. Ofcourse as the years go by there are different staff members. I starting to hate this location because as I don?t live on thisside of town I try to stop in some times when in the area I ask if they can drop me a fresh batch of the 10 PCs chicken forthat reason . They always have a problem with doing so and can NEVER do it , they always say wile just put chicken up. That?s isnot what I ask. It makes me sick that you paying your money and they can?t grant your request. I?ve been to other ChurchesChicken and they didn?t have a problem doing so. Ripped off -charged for a dipping sauce I didn't want or get plus charged for a side that was supposed to be included in the... combo. Avoid until they catch the thief. Read more
I go here all the time and get the same order for my son REGULAR tenders and they gave me spicy. We obviously didn?t notice and... poor baby was crying upset! He?s a 2 year old boy and doesn?t eat spicy foods. Ridiculous that I can?t contact a manager tocomplain about this since phone goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full! ???? but believe I?m gonna pull up Tonight!Completely horrible experience for my baby! Newly remodeled & very clean. Food was great and the ladies who took care of my order were very kind.
Everything else (side orders, biscuit etc.) was good except the entree, in this case the tenders, the most important part of my... meal. They were stiff, chewy, as if it was from yesterday's leftovers. Tenders should be cooked to order in my personal opinion,or at the very least not left for hours before serving it to a customer. Disappointed, but at the same time not surprised. Thechurches chickens around this side of town are poorly managed. Read more
