15 minute wait to get the chicken.. I ordered inside. Mad people here waiting on chicken. People are leaving the drive thru line... and coming inside to order because they got tired of sitting in the car. They should tell you before you order that they don?thave any chicken cooked and you will have to wait. If you open at 10:30 am you should have chicken ready to be sold. But that is just my opinion, maybe I expect more out of... society. This has happened more than once to me, if you want chicken at 10:40 you better wait until 11:00. Because this sadexcuse for a Church?s Chicken won?t have any food ready. So glad I visited this location on Jones Road the chicken was fresh and piping hot. Had to travel so far because all Church's... closed down in the Northside area. Will definitely go back again to this same location. The cashier was very nice. Read more
I?m not sure why all these folks are giving this location so a bad review. Maybe a disgruntled employee and their friends or... something? who knows? I used to live about 2 miles from this location and ordered often. The food is always fresh, and they giveyou a lot extra if you order the okra and fries as your sides. I have moved, and there is actually a location closer to where Ilive, but I still drive to this one. The only reason I?m giving 4 and not 5 stars is because sometimes the people at the windowaren?t paying attention or don?t really speak to you. First the people running the drive thru couldn't understand me after repeating myself several times. Ordered (2) tuesday... specials (4 pieces of chicken) and a mashed potato. Got home and only 2 pieces of chicken in the box. Evening Houstonians first off I just left from this location and let me tell yall I was very displeased let alone didn't even... get the food or service I was expecting. I asked to have the chicken cooked fresh and they refused to do so. As if it was aproblem they wanted to give me chicken thats been cooked over a hour from what they said!! Who wants chicken thats been sittingfor a hour??? I asked to speak to a manager and their reply was why!? There was this indian guy with glasses that was veryun-understanding with his customers, I thought the customers was always right maybe not at thier Franchise!
