Waited over 20 minutes for chicken to be done then staff forgot all about me waiting and starting serving people after me.... Church's really needs to retrain their staff, clean this location up, and stop hiring people who just don't care. Read more

Employees were pleasant. I was served in a timely manner. The food was good. BUT... due to gentrification in the neighborhood,... the prices were higher than other Church's Chicken restaurants that I had been to recently. They wouldn't make a substitute, andwhen they agreed to, they wanted to charge for each piece individually. They wanted to charge me $8.64 for 3 thighs and an orderof fries, when I get the same order for around $5 at other Church's restaurants. The "SPECIAL" was 2 thighs and 1 leg for $3.99,NO biscuit. I explained to the employees that last week at another Church's, I got 3 thighs and a biscuit for a TOTAL of $3.64,not $3.99 plus tax. They would not waiver, and said take it up with corporate. Only place open for miles during the blackout and the customer service was great. They handled 100's of orders with ease. The... fact that they served all those people during a time when they could be at home with family says alot about this location. Iwill continue to visit Read more
They opened late. The associate was Very rude. She refused to let me wash my hands, and said the rr facilities was for employees... only. It was an awful experience. She was unable or unwilling to comprehend, so my order was incorrect and the food could havebeen better tasting, since we were the first customers. It was not fresh. Unfortunately, this location is closed. They brought tremendous service to a majority Hispanic community and were known for... their amazing biscuits which you had to patiently wait for but you did with a smile because of how good they were. I miss thislocation and hope management can find a buyer/franchise owner to take over. Read more
