I ordered 2 orders of 20 pieces legs and thighs with 3 sides each and was told that I had to wait 15mins for my order cause it... was "too big". I agreed with the 15mins wait time turned out to be I had to wait more than 1hr to get my food, while otherpeople were being that came after me was leaving before me with their food. All the vagrants outside make the place an unsafe environment. They congregate at the front door so I refuse to walk in. They?re... by the drive-thu so rolling my window down isn?t an option either. All these people hanging around the parking lot is justgetting bigger over time. I see this place everyday and it?s comical that the business isn?t doing a darn thing to run them off.The place looks extremely dirty from all the trash around the building. Read more

I got to the drive through order speaker & no one answered so I pulled up to the window. sat there for 5 hole mins wile... employee?s passed the window up several times. I finally got served & went home with my order, come to find out I had a hair inmy piece of chicken. cooked into the batter! super disappointed, I been coming here for years. now I don?t think I would be backto this location. I've visited several times, each time thinking the next will be better or maybe i just got the wrong batch or the wrong person... was working. No, everytime has been consistently bad. Great chicken. Nice and clean place. Cashier was a new employee. She was nice and sweet. Great taking order but our order was... not complete got home disappointed we didn't get side order. Call was told come pick it up. We went 35 minute to 45. Replacewith some pies. Happy but we eat without the side. Read more
Got a 7 piece chicken coupon for 14.99 I handed to cashier, she gave it back an charge me 10.99. but gave me 1 piece of chicken... breast and rest legs an thighs. Why can't I have 2 breast and wing and rest legs and thigh. Not right it suppose to be a 7piece mix. Try to be slick. Read more
