The young man that waited on me was very polite but it was obvious they were understaffed and he was very stressed about it. I... think they need to train their staff much better, I had to wait 20 minutes just for two pieces of chicken. Long wait. Waited at speaker first in drive through then person motioned that speaker was broken. A sign should have been... posted. Wrote order on napkin. Would not honor price on sign. Did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. Worst locationever. Read more
Chicken was good but it took a while to get our order. They need more staff, they only had three people working and had several... people in the drive thru and inside. All three people were working hard trying to get orders out. Y'all would definitely thinkabout getting more staff. Oh, and do something about the floor or turn up the AC a bit. It was so humid inside that the floorswere slippery, one of the workers slipped and fell. Awesome staff, good workers, just need a few more to help out with all theorders. Read more
I'm in the parking lot at 850 and the employees turn off the lights and say they are closed it says 10 pm on the door the and... the website I asked why they are closing and they walked away with no answer I was here to pick up an order that was called inthey said they were closing because they were done for the day. I love churches the employees are generally friendly, and from previous experiences the food was great. Though for the last 3 to... 4 months when I stopped by on my lunch break and order my usual #3 meal throughout the chicken strips I?ll run into raw piecesof chicken and have to end up throwing the meat away! I had went again and made sure to tell the employee how I?ve previouslybeen receiving raw chicken strips and if they could please make them well done... he was kind and was shocked and assured mehe?d make them well done and once he brought the food and I returned to my place of work to eat and the chicken strips yet againthey were raw. I?ve had no complaints with this location till these past months, please learn to cook your meat and stop servingraw chicken! Read more
It was the worst food place I had been to in my entire life. No sense of urgency, no English speaking employees, no gloves worn... by servers, etc..., I placed my order at 4:11pm and didn't receive it until 4:52pm and it still wasn't correct. Don't go therepeople! Read more
