service was horrible. they charged me full price for water. she said it was because of the cup. I didn't ask her to put the... water in that cup. no lie. they didn't even give me a spoon. no condiments. no napkins. I do not recommend this Church's at all. Read more
I work at Church's Chicken at 8926 Jensen Drive houston texas 77093. Store number 1083. We have mice and roaches. Our cooks do... not wear gloves. If there is food left over at night they reheat it and sell it in the morning no matter how long it's beensitting out. Only 2 of us working have our food handlers card and it shows. There are no lights in the restrooms. There's moldall around the sink where we wash the dishes. I don't feel comfortable serving customers. I have personally been sick to mystomach twice after eating at work. I've tried to bring this up to my manager but it's been almost 2 months and nothing haschanged. Please send a health inspector to our location so that we can have a clean work environment and serve people out of aclean establishment. Thank you. Read more

I did not want to put this ???? star... but it?s the only way I could voice my opinion for this location.Please show more effort... at your establishment ,because the experience that I received was horrible. Old chicken grease that leaks through the box andsmells burnt. I made this purchase for my youngest son ... $7.03 was not worth the disappointment for a child.Thats one reasonwhy I stay at home cooking for my family but today I was out doing charity work. This rating is mostly comprised of the quality of service and my observations. I gave two stars instead of 1 because I watched... my food get cooked and it tasted okay. As for my visit- I stood for a few minutes before asking if the people in front of mewere waiting to order. It may not have been long but felt like an unsatisfactory amount of time to not be acknowledged at all.At that point, someone behind the counter said she'd be with us in a second. Meanwhile, they are fulfilling drive thru orders.One of the ladies finally took my order. There was frozen food sitting out nearby dirty dishes. One of the workers went to thefreezer to get part of my order with her bare hands (after wiping her forehead). She saw me watching and went to get gloves-which suggests to me that if I'd been in the drive-thru, there's no doubt that gloves would not have been used. The nastiest place I've visited on this side of town! I will not visit here again until they remove the unfriendly staff. Cold... food, bad attitudes, burnt chicken and biscuit. Bad experience and they didn't care that corporate was contacted at the time.Hate I didn't take pictures or even a video! Asked for a refund and was short changed! Read more
