The Church's on Aldine Mail Route is so sad. I ordered spicy but got mild so there was absolutely no flavor. The chicken was... also soggy. My mashed potatoes were bland. Ordered through Grubhub. They didn?t have the order until I showed them on my phone. Then the manager went and looked on her... email. Did not give me the 6 biscuits that come with the order. On Grubhub it states it comes with it but when the order isprocessed it doesn?t show. She said she was doing me a favor by filling the order. Rudest manager ever. Read more
The place is terrible! Lack of management.. very dirty and don?t even talk about the restroom it?s the dirtiest! Coming to the... food the quality is okay the coleslaw salad seems like old and very watery idk why not like other church?s chicken location.Ordered for spicy chicken tenders but not spicy at all. This was a horrible experience. The employees do not care to serve African Americans people. The employees are rude and have no... customer service experience. The manager sent a person who don?t not speak English to the drive thru window to assist me whilethey stood there and watched. I?ve watched them dig for older chicken when fresh chicken was right there. They then will turntheir back on you not making sure you have all the items you need, w/o making sure you order is correct. So many times they havehanded me my food without my drink, walked away from the window and stood there and watched me through the glass as I waved forthem to come back to Assit me. They then became angry and with very bad attitude. This is a horrible place to eat. There isanother churches on Homestead Rd and Airline. Save your time and money and go eat where they respect the customers. No way tocontact the manager or the owner so I?m sure the service will never change. Went for lunch made it back to work and found this.. Our best guess Double fried in old grease??? Called manager ...no big... deal...you can bring them back... Was there tonight at 9:05 to be exact drive thru and order chicken strips family fries and Lg Mash with fried Okra also wanted... biscuits and they did not have any but to my surprise the fries and tenders I got was clumpy fries and refried tenders thencalled talked to the so call Manager Karla and like I told her a little common sense goes a long way but obviously who everpacked the food has none and she then hung up on me!!! I went in and ordered over 75.00 of chicken, their was one employee who was very rude and nasty. Her name is Albessa, she acted... like she was in charge she spoke very very rude to the other employees, she spoke to them like they were her slaves. She does'nt have any leadership professional skills. Churches should be very embarrassed to have a person like that working for thatestablishment. Then I asked her for plates and she said their were none in a very rude voice. Then I asked for small boxes thenshe said, no.. I said Mam! I am taking this food to the park and I need something.
